周辺の雰囲気はよく、ホテル自体も奇麗なのですが、チェックイン早々デジタルロック式の鍵が破損しており室を交換することに。既に寒くなり始めなのに暖房が入らず、2日辛抱したら入ったものの、今度は温度調整がなく室は蒸し風呂状態、冷房（のみ入る）を入れて中和することに。ルームメイクは40￡、トイレットペーパーなども申請しないともらえない。ゴミは室の外に自分で出すとスタッフが改修。ゴミ袋は自分で調達。そのスタッフもフロントに女性がいるのみ、ほとんどのやり取りをアプリのチャットで行う形。 コロナ明け、コンタクトレスが通常となったロンドンではこれが普通のようですので、都心で200￡台で泊まれる奇麗なホテルという点を考えれば十分の良い方か？ ロンドンは仕事で度々行くので、次回も使うかと聞かれたら、多分使います。

部屋はコンパクトだが、立地がよくとても良かった。

フロントスタッフがいつも笑顔で対応してくれたので気持ち良かったです。 部屋もとても綺麗にリフォームされており、シャワーの水圧も十分、Wi-Fiの通信速度も十分でした。 エレベーターが無いことが残念ですが、それ以上に滞在の価値があります。 また利用します。

No prior warning biometrics are necessary. Walk up narrow uneven staircases as elevator only goes to 2 floor. Reception was friendly but utterly unhelpful. I 2as told “just go on up to your room” with no direction on how to get there. I had to ask. No offerto take my luggage up. Internet did not work well. Had to enter the code to my room several tiimes beffore it opened. Virtually no luggage storage if you arrive early or want to leave a bit later. Room was clean and cool and quiet but Iwould not stay again. It’s not considerately thought out and run operation. I was surprised it’s a Marriott property.

Indtjekningen var nem og personalet søde. Værelset var utroligt lille, med pletter på gukvtæppet og et tykt lag støv på alle overflader. Da jeg bad om rengøring skulle vi at give 25 pund og 24 timers advarsel - aldrig noget jeg har hørt om før! Ligger med i et godt stille område tæt på metro og bus

4 dages ophold. Super centralt beliggende. Meget venligt personale. Desværre meget dårlige senge, dyner og puder. Der bliver ikke gjort rent eller skiftet håndklæder (grundet miljø-hensyn...).

Very disappointed with room, not like the pictures. Bed against walls on three sides making it challenging to share, needing to climb over your bed mate to go to the bathroom. Lift to second floor only with very narrow steep stairs for remaining levels. Have to pay £25 to get the room serviced. We stayed for a week and it was embarrassing to have to ask the reception for toilet paper, on a number of days. Great location, half the staff were friendly but would not recommend this place.

Excelente localização. Pertinho da Paddigton . Quarto iluminado, instalações modernas, mas um pouco apertado . O hotel não inclui limpeza dos quartos . Tive q pagar 25 libras para limparem o quarto. Os produtos banho e toalhas são fornecidos a qq hora

The employees were all really nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Really good bed, I often struggle to sleep elsewhere but I slept really well. Easy to get in with the code provided. All details are in the app. And perfect location, 5 min walk from Paddington Station. I would stay here again :)

Propre, peu bruyant, à côté de la gare donc extrêmement pratique. Chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle.

La habitación era más pequeña de lo que la imaginamos, pero en general estuvo muy bien la estancia, muy buena ubicación a una cuadra de paddigton station, muy limpio y de fácil acceso.

Very convenient location for Paddington, friendly and helpful front desk with lockers to leave luggage. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor and stairs to top are steep, narrow and awkward for carrying bags - may not suit if not very mobile. Room was compact but clean, bed comfortable, large shower room but pressure poor. Good value for London and would stay again.

The rooms are pretty small if you have 2 pax. With our luggages we could barely walk around. But location was great and the room was clean.

Loved our stay at Sonder, staff were all very helpful special mention to the lovely Niko who assisted us with our luggage. Perfect location, easy access to public transport with Paddington station a few minutes walk away and buses close by. Room nice and clean newly renovated. Would definitely stay again thank you

The hotel is minutes away from the train station. Making it convenient . Rooms are small but typical in Europe. Bed was cozy and staff was great!

Perfekt hotell för en weekend i London. Man får betala extra för städning om man vill ha det under vistelsen men för oss var det inga problem. Litet och kompakt rum. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal.

No daily room cleaning. Not advertised at hotels.com. Would not have booked this hotel if advertised properly. Very disappointing.

Excellent location only a couple mins, easy flat walk to Paddington station. We had a king bed located on the ground floor which concerned us at first but the street was mostly quiet so sleep was generally fine (could be noisy when people were arriving/leaving as you’re right beside the main desk so avoid if this is irritating). Bed was very comfortable, coffee machine supplied was much appreciated! Room was very clean, though a couple of minor maintenance issues could be tended to easily (mirror light not working, drape unhooked on one side allowing light in, spout of tap diffuser needed replacing as water sprays everywhere). Staff were lovely and friendly and initially we were happy to rate 5 stars until the last night when we were woken at 3am by the young guy at the desk on the phone. He continued for an hour on speaker phone until we had enough and my husband went out to ask him to keep it down. He did, slightly, but continued on and then started playing games/watching YouTube (?). Really rude and affected our day as we flew to another country exhausted. Aside from this staff member rate would recommend Sonder
