アルマトゥのホテルも高額になってきているが、比較的低予算で朝食付、何よりもベッドのマットレスの硬さがちょうどよくてこのホテルが好きです。

年数が感じられるたてものではあるが、値段の割に広さは申し分ない。 コンセントプラグの数も多く、またシャワーの水圧も問題ない。 コンビニもスーパーも近くにあり買い物にこまることはない。 フロントの女性スタッフの対応も素敵だった。

部屋や水回り、建物全体は清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ただホテルの周りは街灯が少なく薄暗いため、夜出歩く時は少し緊張するかも知れません。

特にナシ 年季のあるホテルでした。綺麗でしたが備品が古い

Hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff is very nice and helpful, they took really good care of my elderly mother. Special thanks to Galia. And they gave us a bottle of champagne as a New Year gift!

We booked our room in mid-October. The first five days were fine, but on the last day, we were suddenly told we had to vacate our room immediately due to a “broken window.” We had stayed in this room all week, and the window had been perfectly fine the entire time. While we were on a mountain tour, we started receiving strange calls from the hotel. Eventually, the administrator-cashier contacted us there and insisted we vacate the room immediately because “workers were coming to fix the window.” This was extremely inconvenient and stressful. We were scheduled to check out the next evening, our belongings and gifts were spread across the room, and instead of resting after a long day, we had to pack and move everything in a rush, which took over two hours. The new room, which was promised to be “of the same quality,” was far worse. The shower drain was completely clogged — we had to shower standing in dirty water with other people’s hair. Unfortunately, the behavior of the administrator-cashier was completely unprofessional and indifferent, ruining the end of our stay. It was clear that she didn’t care that her actions could negatively affect the hotel’s rating. A professional who respects their guests would never force people to move rooms on their last night before a long international flight. It is completely unclear why the “broken” window,couldn’t have been repaired after our departure. We cant recommend this hotel to anyone due to such poor management

Emplacement correct pour découvrir Almaty. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable, même s'il parle peu anglais. Chambre très spacieuse et avec le confort nécessaire, au rapport qualité/prix excellent. Check-in à 14h, mais le personnel a gardé ma valise avant gratuitement sans aucune difficulté. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et varié, même si les aliments (notamment chauds) pourraient être un peu plus qualitatifs. Je retournerai à cet hôtel sans problème.

This was an excellent place to stay if you are a solo traveller and looking for a convenient location and a comfortable bed with breakfast provided. It is clean and friendly.

This hotel was in a great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed the view of the mountains from my room. I would definitely stay here again.

Merhaba otelin ısıtması yeterli değildi ek bir ısıtıcı getirdiler. Kural gereği odalara her gün 500 milim su koyuyorlarmış akşamın bir saati ben susuz kaldım ve resepsiyondan su istedim veremeyeceklerini limitimin 500 milm olduğunu söylediler. Bir otel müşterilerini memnun etmek için bir suyu esirgememeli O nedenle tavsiye etmiyorum

I choose superior room. It was small , I think 200 sqft. Washroom was also very small. Don't go by hotel pictures. Small AC in the room. Breakfast was good but they repeat same everyday. Single lift for entire hotel. one day it was not working. For them it took 1 and a half day to get it functional again. Reception was supportive, they extended check out time by 2 hrs.

Overall poor. Cleanness is not well, old towels were still on the ground, didn’t clean cups. Breakfast was below average. I wouldn’t suggest you to stay, look for other options.

Very pleasant place. Kind stuff and very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place. Very convenient location.
