Lonely hotel very helpful staff and nice clean rooms , would stay again.

Room freezing on arrival and again at nite. Heating isnt switchef on till 4.30pm and knocked off around 9ish. Was told by manager it was because of cost. Poor customer experience. If they want repeat business they ought to keep the place warm. Disappointed.

The room had many minor damages, of which we took photos of. The all inclusive drinks were very 'watery' especially bicardi and vodka. The staff in the dining room were very attentive even taking plates while others were still eating. Food was repetitive from lunch to tea but of good quality.

Room 65 stayed valentine weekend. Reception staff excellent customer service very helpfull and attentive. Restraunt food was perfect staff seemed run off their feet got different person for starter main desert had wait about. Bar only sold basic drinks no mocktails ans drinks seemed overpriced £8 for two small drinks . Room was perfect even had a fan extra blanket. Indoor pool small / jacuzzi nowhere to change as upgrading the changing area . Toilets-not very many near reception . 2 lifts only let's 2 people in at a time (without luggage )

Lovely hotel, food was excellent as was the waiting staff.

Room was okay but the floor was terrible every step the floor creaked and I mean creaked felt sorry for anyone below me and am not joking room 79 terrible manager needs to just try it him or her self rest of stay great

An amazing hotel with so much to do the food was absolutely delicious We did the all-inclusive and it was well worth it. We will be definitely returning back in the future.

Clean room,great staff and great entertainment

Got the all inclusive deal at a very good price Rooms were clean. Pool was fun for my daughter and food was nice I would look/wait for the right deal but for what I payed I was very happy

All the staff were fantastic. Only problem we had was the room next door decided to play rqve music at 6-30am on the 1st morning of our stay.

This hotel is easilly a 9 star, spotless room, food is of a high standard. Staff are polite and carnt do enough, plenty of parking spaces, and a swimming pool. BUT im dissabled,very steep stairs down to the pool, no seats in the changing rooms and steam room was cold, so im marking it a 7 star.

Good value for the money everyone everything good one downside was breakfast was never hot when delivered to the table would deffo go again 👍
