This is a budget, extended-stay property, so be aware. The usual amenities of a standard hotel room (such as carpeting, kleenex, desk, wood-frame bed) are replaced with a small bed, full-size fridge, cooktop, sink, and dishwasher. Be aware. Hotel entrance from street is easy to miss, minimally marked.

Rooms were very basic, and not even water cups for drinking, no coffee maker or even hair dryer. Had to ask to be provided soap. Noisy between rooms, and not even a bed spread on the bed. Water tasted like chemicals. Worst hotel I've ever stayed.

The room had a small kitchen with no cups plates or silverware

Stayed three nights and they charged me for clean towels. Which could only be picked up during certain times. Seems more like a short term rental. I would if that’s what you’re looking for it would be great. If you’re looking for a hotel. Absolutely not

After having trouble getting my small children to sleep due to dogs howling and barking in the hotel, at 10pm a man entered our room demanding his medication. I yelled for fim to get out and he stood outside my door still yelling. It was the most terrifying experience as a mom travelling alone with young kids. The phone in the room didn't work. I was unable to call for help. I used my cell phone to call front desk. The girl said she was trying to resolve it, be up shortly and hung up. I called 4 times no answer. The 5th time she answered and again stated she was dealing with him and be up then again just hung up.... i ended up having to go downstairs. The girl seemed overwhelmed but the lack of urgency in a terrifying situation made me want to leave on top of a dirty room and pet noise. I was offered a new key card or switch rooms but just wanted a refund and to leave. I am not sure if he was in the room before and his key card wasn't deactivated but it was completely unnacceptable. Almost 1 week later and i am still waiting for a manager to call me and a refund. I am lucky the man didn't attack us worse. Worst experience ever.

The only thing ill say, is they told us not to tamper with the fire detector and it was already tampered with, that and the room was disgusting, had to wear my slides or id get the bed dirty with my socks.

uh. slooooooow check in. poop in toilet. no tp. no towels. dirty sheets. no blanket no heat or ac. this is a. oucher hotel. noisy dogs. upset families right on i five freeway my advice do not stay here

Checked in paid for my room and they held 100.00 thats fine, but then they took out an additional 300.00 and when i notified them they stated their is nothing they can do and wouldnt help to get my 300.00 back so 600 plus dollars later and still no refund not everyone can afford to be without that extra 300.00

The room was large perfect for more than two people sharing a room. Everyone staying at the hotel and the staff were friendly. The property is off the main road which was nice since that part of WA is a little rough.

Terrible bedding, squeaky beds, loud floors. I was cold, couldn’t adjust thermostat. Long delay with remote. No kitchen supplies or coffee maker. Not worth the lower price.

No tv service no soap or shampoo

Dirty, no soap or toiletries in bathroom and AC Themostat broken.

It was clean..friendly staff. The entrance sign is very hard to see so we missed the turn and had to go back around. They need a bigger sign that is way easier to see in the night.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

It took quite a while to get checked in and then I was given the wrong room, but they fixed it right away and were very pleasant. No coffee in the rooms or downstairs that I could see unless you paid for coffee out of a machine.

Bed was not made up. Had to adk for blankets. Inadequate bathroom no mat or hand-soap. The fridge worked well but no ice. The front desk clerk was unkind and required a handicapped senior to walk completely around the building because walked through the rear door and could not reenter. I stay many nights in hotels and have never had such poor accommodations.

Poor location, literally next to a highway, lots of homless walking the streets, the entrance is a 100ft one lane entrance that has a blind turn in. Lack of parking. So dont expect a large truck or even moving truck to get in. The facility is more like a apartment with a stove and dish washer. On top of this they charged me twice for a deposit of $100 each. Waited 20 minutes for staff to come to front desk at check in.
