It was a little challenging to find the place to check in for the cottage since it's not right next to the cottage itself. The cottage was quiet and had a full kitchen to make your own food or access to the restauant where we checked in.

Struttura datata. Lo spazio comune è comunque sufficiente per il suo utilizzo. Le stanze troppo spoglie, piccole e non troppo accoglienti

Très bon rapport qualité prix, juste à côté des glaciers. Les toilettes séparées des douches auraient été bienvenue pour éviter le blocage lorsqu'il y'a plusieurs personnes qui prennent la douche.

Cheap accomodation near Jökulsarlon. Heating in our room didn't work properly, in one shower was No warm water (thankfully there were several showers) Perfect for a overnight stay while travelling the ring road.

No power points in the room. The only way that you could charge anything was to unplug the bedside light. That wasn't practical as the ceiling light was as bright as two candles. The only power socket was in the bathroom so if you left your phone in there you couldn't get it back when others were taking a shower. Not well soundproofed. Absurd that you have to drive to another location to get a 4 digit code for the keysafe when they could send it electronically. The kitchen was excellent plus large lounge/ diner.

Foi extremamente difícil encontrar. Não recebemos as instruções por e-mail sobre o código ou a localização. O prédio principal, fica a 3 km da hospedagem. Há somente dois banheiros para 6 quartos, cerca de 18 pessoas. Não conseguimos tomar banho por não haver água quente suficiente, nem a noite e nem pela manhã, o que é bem relevante num frio de 3 graus! Foi muito desgastante ficar hospedado nesse lugar.

Staff at Hotel Gerdi where you check in were super friendly and helpful. I wish we had stayed there. The cottage was ok for one night but walls are thin, rooms are tiny, and one bathroom door didn’t lock. It was quiet after 10 pm. The kitchen was a full kitchen if you needed to cook and there was also a washer and dryer. There is nothing near the property itself which is good and bad.

No hot showers when multiple people are showering. Great kitchen options. Also flexible staff but a bit difficult to find

Sympa sur pas mal de plan et bien situé. Mais trop de monde se bouscule en cuisine et pas trop de place pour faire sa vaisselle et la faire sécher correctement.

Kitchen had old pots and the linens needs to be updated.

I tried to rent places where we didn’t have to share living spaces, but I must have missed this one. However, everyone staying there were super friendly and there weren’t any problems. It was located in a beautiful place with several waterfalls behind it.

It was fine. Bit tricky finding the place to checkin ... The instructions were buried in zillions of hotels.com emails. One in, it was a normal guesthouse.

This place should not be open for business. The toilets do not work - disgusting. You have water pressure issues. Some of the bathroom locks were not functioning. Fix your plumbing issues!!! This is the worst night we have had in Iceland - by far. If you can’t provide basic plumbing, you should be shut down. I can’t believe we paid money to stay here. Shame on you.

The people were super nice and check in was easy. The food at the guest house was delicious. The accommodations are a good size and clean. The bathrooms are shared and are very small, water gets everywhere and each person only gets one towel also the shower water temperature is very difficult to adjust. The cost for the room is high given the shared bathrooms, I would not return to the guest house, but I would return to the restaurant.

The room was very small, the bed took up pretty much the whole space, not leaving room to open the suitcases or even just to sit down. There was only one power outlet for a double room, at a somewhat inconvenient position, so we definitely needed our extension cords to be able to recharge both of our phones. Quite overpriced, for just the bed space, to be honest.

Beautiful scenery, but that is about it. Shared bathrooms and kitchen. One shower didn’t work properly. Tiny room where they squeezed 5 beds. Would not recommend.

Nous avions loué ce logement comme étant un logement entier. Finalement la cuisine et la salle de bain était à partager avec 6 autres chambres. Aucune information pour l’arrivée, nous avons dû récupérer les clés 2 km plus loin une fois arrivée sur le lieu. Propreté modérée tout comme le confort. Trop cher à mon goût.
