Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. J’ai aimé l’emplacement, la propreté de ma chambre. Le personnel est vraiment super. 2 bémols ;1) Pour le manque d’intimité car étant logée au premier étage, obligée de tirer les rideaux en permanence car avec des baies vitrées du sol au plafond 2) manque d’équipement en ustensiles de cuisine. Malgré cela je n’hésiterais pas à revenir

Emplacement et propreté. La résidence se trouve juste en face d’un supermarché. Bon accueil. Deux petites suggestions : mettre un micro-ondes et penser à des rideaux occultants car pas de stores ni de volets. Je recommande, rapport qualité / prix très satisfaisant.

Lift did not work. Staff charged MAD 40 as City Tax. But according to Expedia, City Tax was MAD 6 only. This is cheating. Poor environment. Regret so much to have booked.

Très rapport qualité prix et bien situé.

L'emplacement est excellent et le cadre est magnifique, avec un design intérieur fabuleux qui invite à la détente. Cependant, la propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer. Plusieurs points m'ont déçu : Absence de serviettes de bain, notamment une serviette de sortie de bain, ce qui est problématique étant donné que l'eau déborde de la cabine de douche. Des tâches et auréoles visibles sur le canapé et certains coussins, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing. Le canapé convertible était déjà en mode lit à mon arrivée, ce qui soulève des doutes : un geste pour faciliter le séjour ou une tentative de dissimuler des traces d'usure ou des brûlures de fer à repasser ? La découverte d'un sous-vêtement au sol dans le dressing derrière la porte est un sérieux manquement à l'hygiène. Des traces de verres étaient visibles sur la table de nuit, renforçant l'impression que le ménage n'a pas été effectué correctement. Le tapis était sale et plein de cheveux, ce qui est inacceptable et reflète un manque d'entretien évident. En somme, malgré un cadre et un emplacement idéaux, l’expérience a été grandement ternie par ces problèmes de propreté et d’entretien. Une meilleure attention à ces détails est indispensable pour offrir un séjour à la hauteur des attentes.

Stay away, they charge top dollar for small, dirty apartments. Don't trust the pictures because the condition of the apartments is not the same as when they first started. I don't recommend them, you can find better options.

2 von 5 Sternen ist hier wirklich nett. Allgemein wirkt die gesamte Unterkunft sehr komisch. Auf den Bildern und von außen wirkt alles sehr modern und neu. Aber bei genauerem hinschauen merkt man, dass so gut wie alles auseinander fällt und die Bauarbeiter auf jeden Fall sehr gepfuscht haben. Zu den Punkt Abzügen: Gebucht haben wir ein Apartment mit 2 Zimmern - 1 king Bett und 1 queen Bett. Bekommen haben wir ein Apartment mit einem Zimmer (Queen Bett) und einem Sofa. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt es gibt gar keine Apartments mit zwei Zimmern und das Sofa sei ja wie ein Bett (Spoiler war es nicht). Das Sofa könnte zwar ausgeklappt werden ähnelte aber eher Couchsurfing als einem Bett. Das andere richtige Bett war steinhart. Katastrophe. An sich waren die Mitarbeiter nicht freundlich. Am anreise Tag brauchten wir Bettzeug für das Sofa. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns versichert dieses zu bringen, ist dann einfach nach Hause gegangen, weil seine Schicht zu Ende war und wir haben nichts bekommen. Also wirklich eine bodenlose Frechheit diese Unterkunft. Das einzig gute war der schöne Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.

We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.

The decor and colors of the place beautiful. Wonderful climate control. All things stated on there page was available in apartment. Marjane was right across the street with plenty of shopping near by.

Very good deal for group or family

We had a wonderful stay here at the Stayhere SIL location in Casablanca. The hotel was beautiful- well decorated, colourful, clean, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and we felt right at home. What really made our experience stand out was the incredible staff. They went out of their way to make our stay so pleasant. I’m particular the gentleman who saw my husband and I sitting on the terrace one morning and he came and brought us breakfast and went and made us coffees and brought them all the way up to the rooftop for us to enjoy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you again!!

Love the concept of Stayhere CIL! Really friendly staff and very welcoming. The apartment was clean , modern and comfortable. Excellent for families or if you travelling solo. Quiet neighbourhood but not too far from public transport. There is a supermarket accross the road which is really handy. Shopping centre and plenty of cafés nearby and the beach is about 2 miles away. Can't go wrong with the price either.
