総合評価とレビュー Flexistay Aparthotel Sutton

夜遅くまで煩い子供やその親、深夜３時4時を過ぎても騒いでいる宿泊客がいて、数日は眠れなかった。夜中に騒ぐ宿泊客は、以前は管理人が注意していたが、今は注意してくれる管理人はいない。

このホテルができて間もない頃からずっと利用していますが、コロナ中2020年2月以降4年間行っていませんでした。4年ぶりに滞在すると、部屋の掃除は全く入らず、ごみの回収やタオルの交換は言わないとしてもらえません。スタッフが必ずいるわけでもないので、なかなか会えなかったり、お願いするタイミングも難しいです。 キッチンや共有の冷蔵庫や棚は不衛生。ジュースやジャム・ケチャップなども無くなっていて残念でした。 スタッフが足りずケアできないのかな･･と思います。

私達には立地条件がベストなホテルです。 気のせいかもしれませんが、前回・今回ともに、ホテル駐車場に駐車中、車に傷ができました。

駐車場があるとのことで予約したが、実際平日は、大きなバンがびっしり駐車されっぱなしで、空かないので、駐車できなかった。周辺は住民の固定の駐車スペースしかなく、歩いて５分以上離れたところに駐車するしかなかったが、そのスペースも十分ではないので、駐車スペースが見つからず困ることもあった。一日に２～３回車で出かけるので、ホテル前に駐車できないのが大変不便でストレスだった。 スタッフの対応は昨年11月に滞在した時よりは良くなったが、女性のスタッフの態度が非常に悪かった。

Glad we only had to stay one night,beds very uncomfortable,very hot in room even with window open & fan on ,kitchen only had 1 fork that I could see although wasn’t somewhere I would use to cook in,seemed more like a half way house for many different kinds of people

Warning! I am surprised that Hotels.com can offer their customers accommodation in a property like this. We decided to leave within 15 minutes. Manager difficult to communicate

Didn’t like the communal kitchen. The equipment (electric kettle and toaster) were really dirty.

Ok for a quick stay- carpets could be cleaned in room and tea and coffee topped up. Sheets could be turned over. Mmmm

A clean and tidy room freshly painted. Kettle in the room. Bed was and old sprung mattress that bent in half and springs stuck in your back. Completely knackered. Comfy bed is basic essential. No check in information/instructions provide. No reception. Bathroom was fairly modern but shower was leaking and floor peeling off. Very bad stench as water backed up in sink and drain blocked. Common room and kitchen available to share if you want to make food. Central location 10 mins to train/town. Friendly helpful staff.

very basic but quite clean and comfortable. Used it for one night literally just to get my head down while travelling between different work places. Wouldn't want to stay for any length of time due to the social housing residents making it quite noisy and they didn't seem to keep the kitchen that tidy.

Só única pendência pois não tinha estacionamento próprio…

For pur Stay was very good, so can I Say It is a good place to sleep.

I have stayed in flexistay brand hotels before so i arrived expecting a high quality of standards. I wasn't disaloointed! fast modern self check inn. Very well equopped rOOM and ensuite. The shower was the best ive ever had in a hotel highly recommend a stay herr

Beakfast included, but no info about self-service: You had to make your own food, and wash the dishes. Not hygienic in the kitchen - dirty cutleries, plates etc. I also think the bed was poor, feeling the springs in my back. Overrated aparthotel.

Inside the room was clean and there was Tea making facilities in the room, which was very good. The cook yourself complimentary breakfast was good.

Rooms were not great , most of the bulbs not working, water pressure low, kitchen not up to scratch, loads of noise , stressful stay not value for money
