It’s good to stay for a day or two. There’s no lighting at the staircases so better to take the elevator. Sound insulation could be improved.

Loved the clean and charming hotel

Un peu compliqué de savoir que l’hôtel est juste un étage d’un immeuble. Je ne connaissais pas le concept. Merci au facteur qui passait par là

Chambre plus petite que prévue, balcon très petit (taille pour seulement une personne debout) donc pas la peine de choisir côté rue (rue passante). Vu personne de l'établissement pour l'arrivé et le départ donc pas de service et de renseignement possible. Finitions de la salle d'eau à revoir.Hôtel très bien placé (plage et centre ville).

very convenient, exactly what we needed

It was great. Free coffee and 1 complimentary bottle water per guest. Friendly and not ce people working there.

The check in process was very bad. Nobody was there to let us in at10:00, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00. The entrance is in an ally. Luckily the cleaning woman came along. She apologized that nobody was there. Someone arrived at 11:15. They wasted our vacation time which is precious to me. Would not go again.

We were anxious as we entered - the lift was very dilapidated - obv being renovated - but once we got in the room it was v good - absolutely everything we needed.

Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich. Check-In problemlos, Zimmer sauber und gute Größe für ein paar Tage. Sehr zentral. Gut erreichbar.

Hostel was very clean, fridge in room, free coffee/Tea,central to everything, felt very safe, only problem was entering building for check in,I had emailed our Arrival time but didn’t get reply, but luckily the main gate was open due to area being cleaned.

Excellent value for money. Good sized room, really comfortable bed and great shower. Location perfect, minutes from the port and castle, lots of good restaurants and bar's in locality

Petfect location near the beach, port and city with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Room was all we needed, clean and good facilities of coffee machine in hallway. Nothing fancy but ideal for a weekend in Alicante.

Place is a bit outdated, overall ok for the price. They failed to communicate in advance the code for the room, despite me specifically asking twice. Only after I waited next to the room for 30 min and chased them via phone and WhatsApp they responded.

Convenient location. Staff were helpful. However, there were quite bad smells coming from the drains in the bathroom of the first room I was given and then still some bad smells from drains in bathroom of the room I was moved to. Very loud noise from Air Conditioning unit and smoke smell in room.

The room, bathroom and the common area is spotless clean. The location is just perfect. It is in near to everything but still on a quiet block above the street noise. There is bright, tidy and fresh interior large enough for couple of days. I appreciate the service provided by the hotel staff. Getting in and out is all digital with code input on all the doors. No worries on late arrivals as the codes are messaged a day before. I recommend.

Lovely room and a very friendly welcome at the door but terrible view of scruffy backs of buildings. However it was winter and dark so it didn't matter very much. There was everything you could need and coffee/tea freely available in the corridor plus a little fridge. I was at the end of the corridor which made it quite quiet.

Great location, just a 2 block walk to the Marina, good selection of restaurants nearby and walkable to Castel Santa Barbara!

Check-in horror as we were given access info for 504 when we were 505, man in 504 was very unhappy when we entered his room after midnight! Thankfully quickly resolved via WhatsApp, though no follow up the next day. Room was ok, could do with more storge or hooks for hanging up clothes/towels. Bathroom very outdated, need to replace bath as it is awkward/dangerous getting in/out, replace with walk in shower. Very well located and reasonable value for money. I would stay again but book further in advance for chance of getting an improved room.
