居心地抜群！

大変良い滞在が出来ました。 バルセロナ到着が朝だったため、まずは荷物だけをロッカーに預けました。ロッカールームも綺麗で使いやすかったです。ネットワークの関係上、携帯での電話が出来なかったため、ロッカールームにあった電話を借りて到着を連絡。14時には部屋に入れるとの事だったのでしばらく街歩きを楽しみました。 チェックイン時、スタッフの方がすでに入り口で待っていてくれて、部屋のこと(鍵のこと、洗濯機の使い方、キッチンの使い方など)を詳しく丁寧に説明してくれました。説明してくれたアルバロは大変良い方でした。 部屋はとても使いやすく、清潔で、キッチン用品も申し分なく、滞在は本当に快適でした。洗濯機も簡単に使えましたし、備品のエスプレッソマシンや湯沸器もありがたかったです。 ベッドがとても寝やすくて、疲れた身体を完璧に癒す事が出来ました。 シャワーの出もよく、排水も問題ありませんでした。 建物自体は古そうに見えましたが、部屋は綺麗にリノベーションされていたので何の不満もなく、同時にこれ以上望まないほど最適なホテルでした。隣にスーパーマーケットがあり、何度か利用しました(すごく便利でした)。 このホテルのおかげでバルセロナの旅が最上の素敵なものになったと言っても過言ではないです。また訪れる際には絶対に利用したいです。 本当に素敵なホテルをありがとうございました。

Modern, clean, spaceous apartment with lots of amenities. Great for families and all types of travellers. Excellent central location. Host easily contactable, building has a lift with modern code system access. Hassle free check-in and out. Couldn't fault anything.

The apartment was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our short stay. It was spacious and very comfortable. Have never used a washer/dryer combo before but our clothes didn’t quite get dry enough so we hung it out for a bit. Lots of food options around the area. The pastry shop downstairs is amazing. Great stay.

The apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos... Very spacious for 5 people and all the kitchen and laundry/ironing facilities you need. We had a great time staying here and the convenient location near to markets, supermarket and bars/restaurants made this an excellent place to stay. It's also only a few minutes walk to metro stations for easy access to tourist attractions. We would happily stay here again. The check-in and checkout instructions are very clear and made things super-easy.

It really was a pleasant stay. Everything was as described. The property is centrally located. We loved the neighborhood. Tons of eating places near by and the market next door is awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, in frnt of the st antony market, the metro and restaurants. We were able to leavr the luggage before check-in and we've got the key before, which was great to help with jetlag.

We had a great time at Market Balconys, a Family with Two boys 12 and 15 yrs for four Nights. Apartment was clean and everything one could expect was provided (laundry powder, fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen, Coffee etc)

This property has a washer/dryer and kitchen with all the amenities. Very close to local market, which was a gem. Very clean facility with excellent room service (towels, sheets, cleaning) provided during stay.

Het is een heel mooi appartement, heerlijke bedden, super mooie badkamer. Communicatie ging vlot via WhatsApp. De lockerservice was een enorm pluspunt. Hele goede lokatie tov bezienswaardigheden, de ruime omgeving voelde wat minder veilig (richting Boqueteria).

Having the laundry available in the unit was wonderful. It was great having a kitchen, but there were plenty of restaurants in the area - so we didn't cook.

Couldn’t fault the apartment. Spacious open plan kitchen dining. Beds comfy. Powerful shower. Amazingly fluffy towels! Very clean. Good location.

Clean. Great location. Quiet. It was 4 of us (me, husband, 3 and 5 year old) so it was just enough space for us but it can feel cramped if it’s 4 adults. Right across the street from a market. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bakeries. As well as bus stops and metro. The lockers are so convenient to hold your things if arriving early or if leaving late. Kitchen stocked with cooking stuff. Appreciate the coffee and water. Loved our stay. Only con I can think of is the cleaning fee.
