Great place to stay in Madrid’nice big room , right on Gran Via .

So it would have been good to have provided salt and pepper and a wine bottle opener as well as more than two rolls of toilet paper... Other than that it was a good stay.

Great location and a huge 2 bedroom that easily slept our party of 5. The weight room is small and ok. Check-in was awful! Took about 45 minutes - one staff member and nothing was automated! They manually entered passports, addresses, names of everyone in the party and it took FOREVER!!! They need to update this!

It is an incredible property, the apartment of 2 rooms concept was great for my family an their privacy. Connected very easily with 2 important Subway stations and really close to a lot of Shopping options!

Sin sorpresas. Es como se comenta aquí. No se puede guardar maletas, no hay recepción con baños o lugar para sentar. Es limpio, céntrico, amplio, una cama fantástica, cocina completa con Nespreso. Es un medio término entre B&B y un hotel 4*. El personal simpático pero hacen lo que puede.

Had a good stay but people should know there is no service at this hotel. There is one person in a booth checking people in and that’s the extent of the staff. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable but dark (not like the photos). Location was excellent.

We had an overall enjoyable stay at this hotel, particularly because of its excellent location right on Gran Via. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and transport options, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could have been better. During check-in, we didn’t feel the staff member was as friendly as we expected, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the process of collecting documentation like our passport could have been done online to streamline the check-in process. After an 8-hour train ride, we were eager to relax, but the paperwork made the check-in longer than anticipated. Another issue was the lack of a convenient reception area where my family could sit while I completed the check-in. It would have been more comfortable to have a designated space to relax. In terms of the room, we had some problems with the bathroom drainage, as water was not draining properly. Also, some of the amenities, like the stove and heater, were difficult to use. Maybe it's just me, but I think these should be easier to operate. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were great, the experience could have been improved in these areas.

Highly recommended for good location of the property, which is very central to most of the touristy and shopping areas. Very helpful staff. Looks like newly renovated room and amenities better than the average hotel or airbnb. I would go back to stay here the next time we are visiting Madrid.

The location is great for somebody who wants to be in a very busy location close the everything. There is a bar or place very noise up to 4:30am every night in the same building at street level. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the music beat. The place is nice but in our case the cleaning was not the best, stains in the carpet look bad. Pictures are misleading, we had no view, no balcony, no roof top.

Check in rápido, e fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto tem tamanho ótimo. O banheiro tinha um vazamento na pia e a água do chuveiro era difícil de regular, uma hora era muito quente ou muito frio. Cama ok, roupa de cama muito perfumada de amaciante, q eu como alérgica, não gosto. Toalhas boas, mas não trocam. Senti falta de um cesto de lixo e de um espelho no quarto. Tinha uma cafeteira Nespresso e capsulas cortesia. Localização perfeita, na frente da estação do metrô. Não tinha quase nada de barulho, apesar de ser na Gran Via. Eu voltaria a me hospedar.

Clean rooms, good bed and excellent shower. We had the deluxe suite with a living area but no kitchenette. It gave us plenty of extra space as the bedroom was small with limited storage. There was also a small fridge, which was handy. Great location, easy walk to all the sights and close to the Malasana neighborhood with good food and bars.

Me encantó hospedarme en un lugar tan céntrico, muy buen gusto para la decoración, espacios grandes y agradables, limpio y seguro.

L’appartement était incroyable mais le personnel très désagréable et ne rend pas service. Nous sommes arrivés à 00h03, nous avons donc dû aller faire le Chek-in dans un autre hôtel à 10mins à pied puis lors du Check-out, ils n’ont pas voulu garder nos valises une demi journée. Vraiment inacceptable et vraiment dommage car la qualité du logement est au rendez vous.

Great location! In the center of grand via. The hotel is incredibly clean and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Check in and reviews online were sketch but we were blown away by our apartment and absolutely LOVED IT! Wish we could have stayed longer
