We stayed for 2 night & 3 days .. room was nice BUT the AC didn’t work properly-thank goodness I happen to bring my fan from home. The people that stayed above us was rude and inconsiderate! They stomped around all night like they was having a frat party every night. They seemed to not be on top of bookings as they was dbl booking rooms and guests was going in rooms that was already occupied… it was chaotic and I won’t stay there again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Major Security & Service Issues I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and our experience was incredibly frustrating and concerning. I arrived a bit early, which I understand is not always ideal, but I’ve had hotels accommodate early check-ins before. Unfortunately, I was told the check-in time was strictly 4 PM, so I left and returned later at 4 PM. When I arrived, there was a long line of guests checking in at the same time, which led me to believe the hotel had only been giving out 4 PM check-ins for everyone. When I was finally checked in, I was given keys to a room that was already occupied—this was a major security issue. Not only did I walk into a room with someone else’s belongings, but it also made me question how secure the hotel’s booking and room assignment system really is. What if someone had been given access to my room, thinking it was theirs? This is a massive red flag in terms of safety. After notifying the receptionist about the issue, she gave me keys to a second room. When I went up to that room, it wasn’t even cleaned yet! I was at this hotel with my family, and it was already 5 PM—by this point, I had been waiting for my room for over an hour. I had no place to rest, and my family and I were left wandering the hotel with our bags. I went back to the front desk again to explain the situation. We reserved a dog friendly king room, but they told us there weren’t any. We accepted a dog friendly queen room but then I happened to walk out into the lobby to overhear that we “got someone else’s room”. The vending machine buttons weren’t registering. The dog friendly room smelled like other dogs obviously had accidents in there. The cable service kept resetting every 30seconds to 2 minutes. There was a sign to contact the staff so it was a known issue. We had a baby and a dog and didn’t want to bother with a technician in the room as well as we knew the hotel was sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms so we never contacted the front. The toaster was broken at breakfast. The staff was friendly but I didn’t like that they pointed out which vehicle got their room because what if the guest feels upset or wants to retaliate. The other guest seemed nice but you just never know these days and it felt like a little bit of a privacy violation.

The best part was thean at the front desk. The rest was very blah. Breakfast was yoohoo and old bagels. Pool was freezing, hot tub had so many chemicals it was painful. Great location though.

Price was great and it was only a one night stay so it did the job, check in was very busy and our keys didn't work so we had to go back down to get that fixed, while another couple checking in ended up with keys and room that was already occupied and walked in on someone and another family had there entire reservation cancelled. So things were obviously unorganized. The pool was cold they don’t leave the heat running from my understanding (I was told they had just turned it on when I went to check it at 6pm?). Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable and front desk was friendly. Just seems like they need to work out some kinks. Also our warm was too warm and we had the ac all the way down and blowing all night and it did nothing.

We did not get the room we paid for, thean behing me checking in was given a key to someone else room next to ours to an already occupied room with people in. No breakfast as advertised. Pool freezing. Staff just blows you off and basically ignores any requests as they are all new staff. Horrible experience.

So far it's been nice, the pool is freezing though, hot tub is nice!

The walls are paper thin. Did not sleep well with slamming doors and foot stomping all night. Breakfast included is a granola bar and prepackaged honey buns.

Ac had to be operated with a wrench and ac kept going out. Ocean view room window covered in bird poop. Staff treated me terribly on start of second night as I had 2 reservations for 1 night each Thurs/fri and Fri/Sat and they knew this at check in and never said I had to recheck in on the second day instead they come in 2s and start banging on my door informing me I had to leave and go downstairs treating me like I stole the room when they could clearly see on their computer 2 reservations paid for. I want a partial refund

What a gross place. Smells like an armpit the second you walk in. Not sure if it was the building, or the staff. Front desk attendants tried to charge me extra money + incidentals upon arrival but very quickly back pedaled when i explained that i had already paid, sketchy. The room was depressing, curtain hanging off the window greeted us upon arrival. Our ocean view was obstructed by the bird crap and moisture build up covering the windows. The ocean facing side if the property is unkempt and abandoned looking. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub because based on the visual cleanliness of the pool itself and property in general, it wasnt worth risking the potential skin conditions. Calling coffee and costco danishes "breakfast" is an absolute stretch. Seems like the place is going out of business and has given up. It could have been a "you get what you paid for" kind of situation, only we didn't because the place is just that trashy. Mind blowing that they have decent reviews on google. I could keep going but im running out of characters. Avoid this place. Would have requested a refund and checked out right then and there had we not booked third party.

We had a great time staying here! Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good location. The only thing that fell a bit short was breakfast — not much variety, and it seemed to run out quickly, especially when there were a lot of guests. Other than that, everything else was really good. Still, we appreciate the service and would consider staying again.

Good place. Little outdated, and despite Expedias description, there is no arcade. Only a ”game night” that occasionally takes place in the movie theater room. Also, the breakfast is very basic. (No hot food, only black coffee, yogurt and pastries.) but it was still yummy. Other than that, beds are comfy, room was clean, staff was nice and attentive and the area is great and close to the beach.
