We had a breakfast with nice mountain view. Staff is very nice!

During my breakfast, 30min away from my room, someone invade my room by openning room door lock. Then cash 10000JPY bill was stolen from my wallet at the bottom in my backpack among few bills. 朝食で部屋を空けていた約３０分間に、誰かが鍵を開けて侵入し、リュックの底に入れていた日本円用の財布から、１万円札が数枚入っていた内の１枚だけを抜いて持ち去られました。 It seems that only one bill would be no acknowledge. 札1枚なら気付かれないと思っているのでしょう。 Stuffing way of my backpack was different from that of before breakfast, so I had soon found it at the room back from breakfast. 荷物の詰め方も部屋を出る前と変わっていたので、部屋に戻った時、すぐ気付きました It must be someone invade my room by unlocking with master-key or copied-key. 誰か侵入者がマスターキーか合鍵で部屋の鍵を開けたのに間違いありません。 The person who knew my absent from room was only staff of breakfast restaurant that asked me to show my room key number. 私が部屋を空けている事を知っているのは、朝食会場で部屋番号入りの鍵を見せたホテルスタッフだけです。 He was always stayed in the restaurant during my breakfast, and other staff had soon go out of the restaurant, so they were group. 朝食中はその人はずっと朝食会場に居ましたが、他のスタッフが朝食会場をすぐ出ていったので、グルなのでしょう。 My loss was 10000JPY and I told it to registration desk, but no evidence, so I can do nothing. 被害額は１万円でフロントにも申告しましたが、証拠が無いので泣き寝入りです。 All the hotel staffs are so kind that my shock was too deep. ホテル全体にスタッフはみんな親切だったので、余計にショックです。 Be careful if you stay in this Hotel Hatun Inti Classic. このホテル ハトゥン･インティ･クラシックに泊まる皆様は気を付けましょう。

駅まで出迎えしていただき助かりました。朝食が7Fで見晴らしがよかったです。宿泊途中、一時的に断水しましたが、すぐに復旧しました。トリプル利用でしたが、リーズナブルなホテルと思います。

En general aceptable. El hotel cuenta con muy pocos servicios, aunque por supuesto resulta casi imposible que alguien pase más de 1 noche en Aguascalientes. El WiFi casi no existe en las habitaciones y es lento en el lobby. El personal del hotel no es amable, pero tampoco grosero. Simplemente no realizan mucho esfuerzo. Las habitaciones están limpias, lo mismo que los baños, que se agradece mucho, pero las vistas son horrorosas, y en las noches es muy difícil descansar por el ruido de fiestas o bares. Aceptable, pero creo que hay mejores opciones.

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station and will provide provide you with a good venue for your hike or bus trip to Machu Picchu. The staff are super helpful and one of the best features is that they will meet you at the train station with your luggage for departure!

We were a bit disappointed. The room lacked some itens we judged that would be in there considering the price of the hotel: safe and minibar. The floor was too cold and we felt as if in some sort of hut, because of the partially wooden ceiling. The pros: the complimentary water bottles and the lobby tea service were nice, as well as the restaurant area. The hotel is well placed, with many restaurants around it. As almost everything in Machu Picchu Pueblo / Aguas Calientes, it is located on a hill and it gets tiring walking up and down to get to the hotel.

This was a very nice modern and centrally located hotel. The staff was great. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty small but it had a nice shower and sink area. Instead of bottles of soap, they have prefilled bottles of liquid soap/gel that are hanging near the sink and in the shower. The only down part was that our window faced a wall and the bathroom had a glass window that face the hallway and could be opened from the hallway. We placed a hanger in the space so that it couldn't be opened from outside.

The hotel is located in the center of the very busy town, and is a solid option for a short stay on your way to Machu Picchu. The main isues we had with the hotel is bad smells, mostly coming from the streets, which are poorly isolated by the windows and create an unpleasant experience. Expect that, the staff, even though not really English speaking was indeed helpful, the breakfast served from early in the morning helps you to get to Machu Picchu by sunset. OK experience overall.

Apesar de pouco tempo no hotel, cheguei tarde para o check in e saí cedo no check out, pois intenção era conhecer Machu Picchu, mesmo no pouco tempo, percebi os funcionários muito solícitos, não havia falado nada sobre o horário de chegada e, na estação ao chegar, me deparei com plaquinha com meu nome e, o funcionário para me ajudara subir com a mala. Fora me entregarem a mala na estação no dia de embarque(para eu não ter que ir lá no hotel recolhê-la. O café da manhã é bom e começa bem cedo. O wi-fi, creio que seja em todo o pueblo, é ruim mesmo!

From my room the outside noise was veryVERY loud and went on until the early morning. There were no amenities at all not even a small bar of soap. On the plus side the staff was helpful.

I would have given this hotel perfect ratings, except for the super sketchy incident that took place when we were at breakfast one day. We went up for breakfast and the employee asked for our room number (not that uncommon in Peru/other countries we have been to). We told her and then ate our breakfast. We ate rather quickly because we wanted to get back to grab our backpacks and head out on our hike. As we were headed back down the stairs (probably 10-15 minutes spent at breakfast), we saw a man close our door and go around the corner of the dead end hallway into another room, leaving our door unlocked in the process (we had DEFINITELY locked it when we left). We went inside our room and nothing seemed to be disturbed (probably because we had returned so quickly). I could see the man peeking around the door of another room waiting for us to enter so he could leave; I went in the room and closed the door while my husband waited in the hallway. We were able to get the man's name and see his face, with the intent to report this employee to the front desk on our way down the stairs. When we got down there, it turns out that it was the front desk employee who was rummaging through our room! With this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and also would not recommend it. It was stellar in every other feature, but had we stayed at breakfast longer, we could have potentially lost important items permanently due to the poor hiring strategies of the Hatun Inti Classic.

The hotel was clean and had that classic charm- white plaster walls, dark wood beams. Situated on a corner with good restaurants. It was noisy at night. I would stay again!
