1) Hotel operator mentioned 3 pm check in on the website but when they contact me, check in is 5 pm. 2) Un-authorised charge of 50 RM cleaning fee. This fee is not indicated in, it was not informed at time of booking and was only told to me 1 day before check in. 3) They asked for a 200RM deposit and said will refund in 24 hours. Should I purposely delay my travel date just to wait for their 24 hours refund?
