チェックインより早めに着く予定で荷物を預かっていただく旨、お知らせしていましたが早めにチェックインすることができました。 対応が素晴らしくウェルカムのお饅頭も(特にわらびもち系)とても美味しくいただきました。 室内着の作務衣も嬉しかったですし、バスタブが大きいので疲れが取れました。 ひがし茶屋付近の夜や朝の人がいない時も楽しめ大満足です。お世話になりました。

I had booked a standard twin room, but was upgraded to a suite free of charge. The exterior looked like an old wooden house, but the entrance, reception, and room interior were all lovely, and the design strongly reflected Kanazawa culture. After checking in, Japanese sweets and matcha were brought to my room as a service, which made me feel very welcome. Higashi Chaya District is just a short walk away, and it is also easily accessible to Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, Omicho Market, and more, with many delicious restaurants and famous shops nearby. It was in a wonderful location amidst a historic townscape, and I would love to visit again.

We loved this hotel. The desk staff was very helpful, answering questions, making suggestions about things to do and making sure that we had enough coffee in our room. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location was great! Easy to walk everywhere, near great restaurants and just on the edge of an historic neighborhood. Would highly recommend!!

The hotel is located right in the old Chaya district, steps away from the historic buildings and tea houses and shops. It's also a short distance from famous Rokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle, and the Nagamachi Samurai district. The hotel looks new and is super clean. The staff are very helpful and super responsible. They had trouble confirming the reservation for our next hotel for luggage forwarding, and kept doing that after we checked out until it's done. We are truly grateful.

The Superior room was very roomy, loved the separate toilet and shower rooms. Virtually right in Old Town. Could not have chosen a better place.

Clean great stay in the best area

Sødeste, søde personale, som var superhjælpsomme og gjorde vores ophold helt specielt. Ligger i stille sidegade til det livlige geisha-kvarter med lys, butikker og små hyggelige spisesteder. Kan varmt anbefales!

Nice hotel and in a good location but it was basic

Truly a 5 Star experience! Our parents suggested this place to us and talked about how amazing it was and it did not disappoint! Would stay again no question!

Beautiful, peaceful and creative for quiet moderately-sized adults. Staff were very accommodating. The hotel exhudes the charm of the historical neighborhood it nestles with.

Rashiku is a lovely hotel is a very quiet location in this historic district. The staff are helpful and the rooms very comfortable. They recommended excellent local restaurants. My only issue was that no breakfast is provided and there is an extremely limited local options outside.

Beautiful brand new boutique hotel in the middle of Higashi Chaya district. Large architecturally interesting rooms with high end material finishes, and attention to detail. Great bathroom. Daily turn down amenity in the fridge. Great coffee/tea station. Anything you’d expect in a 5 star hotel.

this was a great choice. very walkable. we had great dinners nearby. close to a bus stop. we used Go app for cabs and they were always there within 5 minutes
