It was clean and comfortable. Access from the station was good and the surroundings were quiet. I still want to use it. 清潔で快適に過ごせました。駅からのアクセスも良く周辺は静かでした。 また利用したいです。

プラハ本駅から、地下鉄駅からそれぞれ少し遠いが路面電車が近く、慣れれば立地はＯＫ． 民宿的な感じで、現地語のみの対応でチェックイン・チェックアウト時少し苦労しました。朝食が7：30～と遅いルールであったが、頼んだら7時前の準備に対応してくれました。価格重視であれば全て許容範囲内と思います。

このホテルは部屋は広く内装も綺麗でスタッフの対応も良かったですが、場所が地下鉄の駅から少し遠く道が分かり辛いのが残念。　近くにはベトナム料理店がありそののフォーは美味しかったですよ

トラムの停留所から近く、小さいホテルですが直ぐに見つけられました。レセプションは年配の女性でしたが、とても気さくで感じの良い対応でした。部屋は清潔で寝心地の良いベッドでした。アメニティはタオルと石鹸だけですので、他の物は自分で持っていくか、近くにお店が沢山あるので入手可能です。あと、朝食が美味しかったです。何だか自分の部屋に帰るみたいで、私的にはとてもお気に入りのホテルです。

Ett mycket bra hotell för det priset. En halvtimmes promenad från gamla stan. Det var inte lyhört och frukosten var bra.

Gammalt, lite slitet men ändå rent och fräscht på rummet, väldigt obekväm kudde . Okej frukost! Kan inte begära med för priser vi betalade.

Chambre propre, calme, lit confortable, non satisfait pour le petit déjeuner, pas beaucoup de choix, petite salle, jus d'orange n' a pas de goût, tramway restaurant à proximité, très pratique, accueil sympa.

C est la deuxième fois que je descends dans cet hôtel, j aime la décoration et la propreté, le petit dej est monotone mais bon . L emplacement est parfait

It was in a great area of Prague, not very touristy with lots of great shops and dining nearby and a quick 15 minute tram ride to any of the big sights. The room itself was very large. And it came with a large breakfast included! Will definitely stay there again when we return to Prague

Si es para uno o dos noches,está bien,muy elemental, desyuno justo y con trambia muy cerca q te deja en el centro.

Csendes helyen van a hotel, az ágyak kényelmesek, a személyzet kedves. A reggeli bőséges.

Staff had all the charm of border officers

Poor signage leading to the entrance, front desk staff have all the charm of a customs officer at a border

This is one of the dirtiest nasty filth of a hotel - i arrived and smelled the odor of urine in the hallways, but i had already paid the booking. Bed is so soft that you sink into it. The smells of dog urine and old sheets is overbearing. I wish i would have gone elsewhere even if i lost the money.. i feel sick from my stay at "Klara"

Definitely one of the best hotel I've ever been. The room was very clean, nice breakfasts and such an excellent customer service. Just the pillow a bit uncomfortable but I would definitely book this hotel again
