Its usually and exceptional stay

Room was not ready after check in time. We were given an upgraded room for this inconvenience but the air didn’t work in PH3. We called several times. No one came. The next morning , no one came until we went to speak with staff in person. Air was fixed later that day but never below 68 degree F. We wouldn’t recommend

Mediocre overall. No room service.

The ceilings in the shower kept peeling while I was in it. It was an inconvenience.

Just beautiful

It was a good property, would stay again. Just one thing I didn’t like was a resort fee they charge, it is not a resort.

It is a cashless resort for those looking to spend money there you can’t will have to use card or charge to room Breakfast was the best thing I had from the Tovia restaurant great selection and all over the resort is just wonderful would recommend

Misleading Photos & Lackluster Experience I booked this hotel in San Juan expecting at least a decent experience based on the photos and description. The listing showed beautiful ocean views, but when I booked a standard room, there was no view at all—not even of the street. Definitely misleading. For the price, I expected more. There were no open bars, no room service, and basic housekeeping was missing—you had to ask just to get fresh towels. It felt more like a budget motel than a resort hotel. Overall, not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had great experience at the hotel until the last day when I fully lifted the comforters and they were covered in MOLD!!! I let the staff know and they refused to do anything about it because I decided to leave. The manager called and told me it was “goose feathers” No refund, no apology. Even with photo evidence they still treated me like the picture didn’t exist. I’ll also post this review on Google if anyone wants to see. I definitely would not recommend this trip if you care about where you sleep.

The place was beautiful, clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming

Hotel canceled my reservation unilaterally and when I arrived to hotel they charged me more money to stay just to find out elevator was not working properly. My wife had to take 18 floors down by stairs.

Nice stay

Hotel.com didn sending my reservation to the hotel, so i cant check in at first night coz Reservation agent is go home already.. so i need to pay for first night untill next day the Reservation agent contacting CS of Hotel.com and solved my problem. But this is really dissapointed

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The front desk staff is so helpful and kind. There is a small laundry mat on property which is extremely convenient. Its 5 minutes from downtown San Juan and 40 min from the rain forest. The pool is open 24hrs which is nice when you wanna relax after a day of adventure I absolutely recommend this hotel.
