エレベーターが利用できなかった。一番の問題はシャワーのお湯が出なかったっこと。30分ぐらいは出しっぱなしにしてみたが、ずーっと水だった。10月の朝は寒いのに。フロントは15：00からしか人がいないので、苦情も申し立てられなかった。3泊の予定だったが、あと2泊ともシャワーを使えないのは本当に困るので、チェックイン時に払った二泊分の宿泊料はもったいないと思ったが、風邪などをひくよりはと思い、近所のホテルに部屋があったので、そちらに宿泊した。

Conforme à la description. Personnel très agréable et respectueux. Chambre impeccable. Situé au cœur de la ville et tout commerce à proximité ainsi que stationnement. Je recommande fortement cette établissement.

Habitación limpia, camas cómodas, cafeterías cerca, buena ubicación para el camino.

Fazendo caminho de Santiago. Hotel no caminho. Funcionária muito prestativa, ajudou muito. Instalações a desejar. Camauito ruim.

Excelente local. Próximo a Rodoviária, Estação de Trens, a Fortaleza e Supermercados. Obrigado a Fátima pela hospedagem.

Bathroom is very clean, the reception lady is very helpful. But downstairs have noise music up 2:00am and some loud noise from car and people.

Fechadura do quarto em más condições, porta da varanda não fecha, muito barulho vindo do exterior.

Habitación limpia, cama cómoda y alojamiento barato. A 20 minutos de Vigo donde alojarse este puente de la Inmaculada era imposible. No pedía más. Añadir que el baño era nuevo, fue fácil encontrar estacionamiento en la calle y la recepcionista muy amable.

If you like to fall asleep to people singing karaoke and slamming the doors. This is the accommodation for you. First of all it’s pretty hard to find since it looks more of an apartment building being changed into hotel rooms. Secondly, the room is quite small and the bed is not the most comfortable one. It’s also very very cold here in October. I’ve been freezing since I arrived and until check out. Lastly the worst part is absolutely the noice. From outside the street, from LOUD karaoke and the slamming of doors so you wake up and feels like someone is slamming your door. I can’t recommend staying here unfortunately

This place is not easy to find. Needs money spending on signage. Needs dramatic facelift. Needs money spent on plasterwork on balconies and in bedrooms. Really basic bedroom furniture. Staff very happy to help. No amenities in Residencial Giao except coffee machine which was out of coffee and broken 1 of the 2 days there. Cost should be less per day.
