地下鉄駅から少し歩くが歩けない距離ではない。 近くにレストランやスーパーもあり便利。スーパーの中にイートインのできるベーカリーもあり、朝食は毎日そちらを利用した。凄く安い。 さて、相場的には一泊2万〜3万円するホテルが多い中、1万円以下のホテルというか宿なので文句は言えないが、ほんと安かろう悪かろうという感じの宿。 建物の入り口を入ると、先ず階段。受付らしいところに行くと英語が全く話せないおじさんが出てきて、なんとかチェックイン。 客室へは20段ぐらいある階段を上り客室エリアへ。 部屋は本当にシンプル。窓もないしエアコンもない。本当に寝るだけのための部屋。シャワーからお湯が出るのに5分ぐらいかかり、それもちょろちょろ。一定の水量を出そうとすると、どうしても水の量が多くなり我慢できるギリギリのぬるさ。どちらかといえば冷たいレベル。 部屋も暗いしクーラーもないので、うちわであおいでいた。 できるだけ客室に滞在したくないレベルのホテル。これなら少し金を出してもう少しいいホテルに泊まった方が苦痛から解放される。

スーパーやコンビニが近所になく、カフェやレストランも遠くて不便です。

地下鉄の駅3つから徒歩5分程度、街の中心部へも歩ける距離で、大きな公園も近くにありました。大きなショッピングモールやスーパー、カフェがすぐ近くにあり、よく利用ました。部屋を2つ見せてくれて、どちらか好きな方を選んで良いと言ってくれたり、対応はとてもよかったです。バスタブがあることを期待しましたが、見せてもらった部屋は両方ともシャワーのみでした。インターネットは有料でパソコン部屋みたいな専用の部屋でのみ使用可、自分の部屋では使う場合は別途有料wi-fiを契約しないと接続できませんでした。 建物や設備は相当古いですが、天井が高くて窓も大きく、雰囲気はある感じでした。階段や他の部屋、外の音が結構うるさかったですが、値段を考えるとこんなもんか、と思いました。

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones. Se escucha hablar hasta a los mudos. Esta todo parcheado. Las habitaciones son propias de los años 70, con unos colchones y unas almohadas esperpénticas. De los baños mejor no opino, aunque aparentemente están limpios.

Calidad precio excelente, habitación enorme y aunque un poco vieja muy cómoda y bonita. Un sitio muy recomendable para alojarse sin gastarse mucho dinero, además muy buena zona.

Casa muy antigua a la que no se le hace un mantenimiento. Puertas y ventanas muy deterioradas. Suelo desigual. Camas pequeñas y mobiliario deteriorado. No creo que el edificio pase una inspección técnica. En nuestro pasillo colgaban un monton de cables del techo y quedaban tirados por el suelo al alcance de cualquiera. No lo veo apropiado para alojar a huespedes.

Lugar barato pra ficar em Portugal. Simples o quarto, bem localizado.

COCKROACH!!!! sheet were dirty at our second stay there. Rooms in the halls 110 and more are old, scary, unclean and are not in a good state. But it is very well placed. 6 minutes of walking to get to the metro station, a lot of coffee shops close

A key from front door was not offered. Door is locked from 1am until 9am. I went out for breakfast and was unable to get back into the residencial. This key should be offered to all customers

Couldn’t sleep the first night as the mattress was so hard and lumpy but no problem with being moved the next day and bed was fine. First room was depressingly dark and dingy 2nd was a lot better. Stayed here 6 years ago and nothing has been done to the place in that time. However location is brilliant so really you get what you pay for.

A pesar de los comentarios negativos que he leido a mi me ha parecido un hotel agradable y económico. Hay que tener paciencia con el WiFi y con el agua caliente.

Nothing really worked at this joint; even the toilet broke and didn’t flush , the shower curtain inclusive the rod fell down, not sufficient day light and air circulation, etc. way too many miserable elements, and the service ( the guy living there) was an absolute disaster. Representing this hotel takes away a lot from your business reputation.

Very simple place but it's just what u need,as for me i enjoyed my stay no need for a 5 star

Espaço muito antigo e com falta de remodelação. A cama fica junto ao chão. Colchão muito antigo com as molas muito salientes que magoa o corpo e com dificuldade de puder dormir, sem qualquer conforto. Só existem 2 almofadas que são super desconfortáveis. Não existem cabides para pendurar a roupa. Janela da casa de banho toda podre e chuveiro muito amarelo tudo cheio de mofo.
