ジュニアスイートに泊まりました。窓から対岸と橋を見ることができて、とても良い滞在になりました。部屋は階段付きの２階構造で、子供と妻と快適に就寝できました。朝食も静かなレストランでいただきました。駐車場は少し離れています。車でホテル前に来てしまうとそこから先は狭い路地を通ってメイン道路に戻る必要があるので要注意です。送迎サービスはありません。

ロケーションがとてもいいです。部屋からの眺めも良く、中心地に近いので便利です。部屋は雰囲気が良くて素敵でしたが、若干狭さを感じました。

すぐ近くに人気のパラドールがあるが、満室なためこちらに泊まった。結果、とても満足できた。絶壁にパラドールが建っていて日本でもお酒のCMのロケ地になっているが、パラドールに泊まってしまうとそこからはパラドールの外観絶景は見れない。まあ、近くの橋などから観ることはできますが。ホテルの設備自体は田舎のメンテナンスをしっかりとしているホテル、ぐらいな感じでまあまあ快適でした。

Our goal was to explore history. The hotel fit perfectly into this theme: an old-fashioned luxury location in a beautiful building with canyon views from four different levels: room, restaurant, breakfast room and pool deck. A few steps away from the bridge but far enough to be away from the crowds. We were so close to all the sights in the old town we never walked more than 100m before stopping--which was a great thing in the heat! The staff were very approachable and helpful when we needed a Spanish speaker to clarify a phone call. Eco prize: really liked the refillable water bottles instead of plastic single-use. The room furnishings were a bit old-fashioned so had to unplug things to charge our devices, and not much desk space, hanging hooks or storage in general. But the kettle and coffee were very usable, A/C worked well and windows opened as well when it cooled down at night. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing location and very nice staff. Furnishings are old and decor is very dated. Breakfast was good with a killer view. Bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs was a little challenging for us older travelers.

Parking was a little problematic - wasn't clear on whether we could drop off bags from rental car and then park in public lot. Streets are really small, scratched car and ended up using hotel valet parking at 25 a day (10 more than public lot). Restaurant and terrace view were really gorgeous ( we had street side view with double double windows). Small pool had the same view as terrace, but was ice cold. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

What a beautiful hotel, we loved our night there and can’t wait to return. The restaurant there is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and if you’re lucky enough to get one of their view room, the view is mind blowing. The front desk was helpful and kind, and we really have no criticism of the hotel at all. Highly recommend!

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y una hermosa panorámica del Tajo que se puede apreciar desde sus restaurantes. La habitación es amplia, linda, con varias amenidades y buena iluminación. Otro aspecto positivo es que cuentan con plazas de parking.

Although the views from the dining area and our junior suite room were superlative, the surly staff ensured that we will not return or recommend the facility.

Property is great and in a wonderful locations. Views of the bridge and the valley were amazing. Shopping is just a quick walk from the hotel.

Jaw-dropping views of the New Bridge and the valley from our room and the restaurant. Excellent service to boot. Room is confortable, but nothing to write home about. My wife and I loved our 2 night stay.
