ホテルの入り口辺りはハエが多くて心配でしたが部屋はとても綺麗で広くて快適でした。 バスターミナルに近い為に利用しましたが、残念ながらバスターミナルが新しくなり移転、ホテルからは少し石畳の坂を上らなくてはならなくなりました。 ただ、今も一番近いホテルだと思います。 普段フロントには人が常駐しておらずベルを鳴らして待たなくてはなりませんが、フロントの女性がフロントだけでなくレストランの事もしたり一人で何役もしているようなので納得です。 観光案内はすぐ裏手にツーリズモがあるのでそちらを案内されますが、翌日のタクシーの手配を頼んだらすぐに知り合いのドライバーに連絡してくれました。 とても感じの良い親切な方でした。 朝食もおいしかったですし、お願いすればエスプレッソも入れてくれます。

Confortable, personal muy amable

I really enjoyed my stay. Clean and comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Close to restaurants and bars. Would recommend and will probably come back.

It’s very central. Nice and diligent employees. The parking for the car is small and I was obliged to out my car in a público parking without secure.

Very nice and modern. Convenient to the main park (Plátano) and dining. Breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel was in a good and accessible area of town. Staff was very accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean - rooms and common areas - and there was a parking garage that was a surprise perk and worth the 7 Euros a night. What we found so uncomfortable and the reason we would not stay there again is that the air conditioning in the room only came on for 2 hours at a time - and the city was very hot. So, every two hours, one of us had to get out of bed and restart. Also, the coldest we could set the temperature was 20C. It was hot and we could basically not sleep. Also, they gave us only one key and without the key in the room, the AC went off. It took 90 minutes for the room to cool off. Also, the breakfast (included with the room) was not a menu nor a buffet. Breakfast was set on a table by room # and limited. I ate separately from my husband and there were no more eggs nor some bread. The coffee was delicious though. We understand that efficiencies were being made but it added discomfort to the overall stay and our feelings around their hospitality.

Fomos bem recebidos, o pessoal e nota 10 muito simpaticos e prestativos. Gostei da ideia de servir o pequeno almoço pois assim não tem desperdício. Os quartos muito limpos. Recomendo.

Todo moi bem, moi atento todo o personal. Postos a por defectos a ducha e o secador un pouco cutres.

Edifício esteticamente interessante, com serviço de 5*. simpatia do staff, quartos com boas áreas, tranquilos, pequeno almoço servido à mesa, de ótima qualidade. Recomendo.

Hotel 4 estrelas, quartos grandes mas frios. A Teresa é o coração do Hotel. Faz tudo para nos agradar. A localização é boa.

- Em 3 dias de estadia, Wi-Fi funcionou uma vez, mas com velocidade do antigamente - não tem serviço de bar , apesar de este existir - “room service” demora mais de 1hr e 30 min a ser entregue no quarto: solicitado às 19:30, é servido às 21:00 - alimentação servida no quarto de qualidade duvidosa e serviço sem o mínimo de qualidade de 4 estrelas ( levam-nos um artigo de cada vez, em vez de transportarem em carrinho) - acesso à garagem obriga a primeiro nos deslocarmos a receção porque campainha nunca funciona - ar condicionado barulhento - receção funciona com estagiários

Absolutamente recomendável! Sobretudo em tempos de pandemia e de recolher obrigatório.... foi uma espécie de oásis no Alentejo. Depois de um dia intenso de trabalho, o conforto num local acolhedor é essencial para um descanso reparador e o Hotel Rossio cumpre com todos os requisitos.

A localização , a simpatia dos funcionários e o conforto do quarto a realçar. Pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade
