スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。

部屋はオールドスタイル。十分広い。 クーラーがなかったので窓を開けたら、道路が近くてうるさかった。 バスタブがあり、ゆっくりできて旅の疲れもとれた。 チェックインが20:30までというのが一番困った。私はギリギリの到着。20:10に電話がかかって来ました。 事前に交渉すれば何かしらの方法はあるそうですが、深夜まで遅くなっていいのかどうかは不明。

便利な場所だが、幹線道路に直接面しているため、窓を開けると酷い騒音、暑い日にはクーラがないため苦痛。

ホテルは、駅から自転車で5分程度でとてもわかりやすかったです。 とても親切なお嬢さんがチェックインの対応をしてくれました。 部屋も快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食も満足のいく内容でした。 翌朝自転車旅での出発時に、次の目的地に行くルートを フロントでたずねると、いくつかのルートを推薦してくれました。 前日の雨で水たまりもありとても走りにくかったですが、予定よりも、２時間ほど遠回りにもなりましたが、ライン川沿いを長く気持ちよく走ることができ良い思い出になりました。 とても親切に対応していただきました。

ホテル自体は古い建物でしたが、部屋は綺麗に清掃されていました。浴槽なども古さを感じましたが、綺麗にされていたので快適に過ごすことが出来ました。朝食もそこそこ種類もあり、美味しかったです。フロントのスタッフも感じが良かったです。運良くホテル前の駐車スペースを使うことが出来ました。リヒテンシュタインで滞在する予定でしたが、コスト面を考えると大変お得でした。

Location is reasonably close to the railway station and bus stop. Receptionist was too kind to the our prior guest question, and thus took time for our checking-out.

ヨーロッパらしいクラシカルな内装のホテルで、大変リラックスした時間を過ごせました。 駅から大通りをまっすぐ5分強歩くと、赤いホテルが見えてくるので、すぐにわかります。 スタッフも大変親切で感じが良く、家族経営ならではの温かみを感じました。 バスタブもあり、シャワーの出も良いのですが、唯一残念なのは部屋に冷蔵庫がないこと。それから、屋根裏の部屋だったせいか、窓を閉め切っていると室内がかなり暑く、窓を開けたり扇風機を回したりしてしのぎました。 朝食は、ヨーロッパのホテルにしては品数がかなり充実しており豪華です。 居心地の良い食堂で、清々しい朝のひとときが過ごせます。 街の中心にも近く、ショッピングにも観光にも良い立地です。中世の雰囲気が残るフェルトキルヒの街並みも大変気に入りました。いつか再訪したいホテルです。

An sich ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, nur leider haben wir ein Zimmer enthalten was keine Frischluftzufuhr oder Klimaanlage enthielt. Die Fenster gingen in einen Innenbereich, der komplett überdacht war und bei der aktuellen Hitze war an einen erholsamer Schlaf nicht zu denken. Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel.

The rooms were amazing for travelling with a teenager. The single bed had a private area of the room. The bathrooms were fairly new. It was a bit warm as we were there during a heatwave. Location is perfect if travelling by bus or train. The hosts were super friendly.

Nice Hotel close to the centre of Feldkirch. We appreciated the free parking in the garage for our 2 motorcycles.

Convenient location halfway between the Bahnhof and the old town center. The property is a little worn around the edges, but acceptable for a one night stay. Tip on the breakfast buffet: average selection but the only hot food is bacon and eggs. Come at the opening time before it’s all gone.

This is a great hotel in the center. Really spacious room, parking available (extra cost), really nice breakfast, and very clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. There is also a gym. We would love to come back here.

No phone in room, so no wakeup call possible. Some people write "partying" quit loud in hall? Atrium? until 330am!! No attempt by staff to quiet them.

Enigszins gedateerde kamers. Meubilair is wat ouder en het en der beschadigd. Goede bedden. Geen airco en dat is bij maxima van 30C overdag toch écht nodig. Vlgs de informatie van Expedia moet er 24 uur van tevoren contact worden opgenomen met de accomodatie. Toen ik dit deed was de receptionist heel verbaasd. Dit was beslist niet nodig, tenzij je na 22 uur aankomt omdat je dan de code krijgt om na 22 uur in te kunnen checken. Volgens Expedia is inchecken na 22 uur helemaal niet mogelijk. Kortom, de door Expedia verstrekte incheck informatie is ONJUIST.
