スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。 お部屋も綺麗でした。 大聖堂やホーエンザルツブルク城など観光名所に隣接しているため、観光には最適のホテルです。 朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で美味しかったです。

Great location!

旧市街にあるので観光には便利。部屋も狭いが問題はなし。しかし、タオルが汚れていたこと、シャンプーとボディソープが兼用の備え付けなものはビジネスホテルのようで4つ星とは言えないような気がします。Wi -Fiも繋がりにくく困りました。

旧市街内にあるホテルなので、観光には便利な立地でした。また旧市街内にあるおいしいレストランを紹介してくれました。夜に旧市街のライトアップがあるため、そちらを見に行くのならこのホテルは立地がよくおすすめです。内装はランプなどがおしゃれでしたが部屋自体は狭かったです。

旧市街の中にあり、立地は良く、建物も新しくおしゃれではあるものの、アメニティが少なかったり、音が筒抜けだったり、部屋の狭さなど、なんとなく居心地は良くありませんでした。

Quite possibly the best location to stay in Salzburg. The room was clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was good and everything was perfect and after a string of bad experiences in Austria and Switzerland we were so glad to find ONE hotel with working and easy to use AC! I would just recommend them to consider replacing the old TVs with newer models where we can use streaming/casting.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the Christmas market and walking around Old Town. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable. We thought we were booking a room with a large sofa but it turned out to be a room with a giant tub taking up far too much space in the middle of the room. We might have chosen differently had we known that since we wanted to be able to spread out a bit during our stay. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful to provide tips of where to go and what to see during our visit. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Salzburg, steps away from all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning again soon!

Very friendly staff and an arms length from the Christmas market. Rooms were spotless and this old building has been carefully modernized keeping its old charm in place.
