とても清潔で広くてロマンチックで素敵なお部屋でした。 夕方には中庭に、朝は裏庭に可愛いカンガルー達が見られました。 スパークリングワインも付いてて美味しくいただきました。 カップルで静かにゆっくり過ごすには最適のお宿です。 うっかり携帯電話を忘れてしまいましたが、オーナーのマックスさんが送ってくれて無事受け取れ感謝しています。 グランピアンズ観光には一押しのお宿です。

Villa was tidy, breakfast supplies were fresh and adequate. Bed had electric blankets for added warmth. Wood fire worked well.

Nice grounds, Villa itself needs sole work Pros: - spacious and well equipped - host provided breakfast items - lovely grounds with a variety of plants - we saw kangaroos and emus wondering the grounds - mattress was firm to our liking - shower head had good water pressure and temperature Cons: - internet wasn’t working - dirty windows - worn out furniture - noticeable peeling paint on bathroom wall - toilet runs all night. (I had to turn off the shut off valve) - it was cold in the room overnight. The heating wasn’t efficient. The wood was provided so perhaps that’s the means of heating the villa. Conclusion: Although this is advertised as a luxury villa, it doesn’t really meet such a standard

Fabulous stay at this beautiful property. Location was amazing, loved the wildlife visiting. Open fire was perfect on a cool night, everything was provided to get it going. Breakfast provisions were plentiful, lovely surprise in fridge was enjoyed in the very spacious spa bath. Would have loved to have stayed longer, highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Kangaroos everywhere and emus greeted us in the am. The villa was spaciois and had a super comfy bed. The host sent check in info by text which was helpful and we were so happy to have been left a lovely loaf of bread, butter and jam, milk, cereal and a bottle of wine. We were able to have breakfast there before heading off to the Pinnacles. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay. Wish we had more time!

Beautiful getaway surrounded by nature. We can’t fault it and would definitely recommend for couples wanting to unwind and relax.

Beautiful setting, kangaroos grazing on the lawn outside. The property managers/caretakers couldn’t have been nicer- gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the gardens, etc. The bungalow was cozy, with a nice fireplace we used at night. The kitchen area needs updating, but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend.

Lots of kangaroos right outside the villa. Amazing jacuzzi right inside. Nice and spacious & clean, with trees and wildlife all around. Really enjoyed it!

Easy going worker around the property.

Kangaroos, kookaburras, and lots of birdsong made sitting by the pond a wonderful experience.

We loved the kangaroos who visited at dusk & dawn, as well as the resident kookaburra and tiny birds. The bush views from the back windows were soothing and private. The villa was spacious & well furnished, but being warmed by the open fire was just lovely.

Unique private villa experience right outside the entrance to Grampians. Great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring in a garden-like environment with wildlife around you.

Good size cottage with large bathroom. Stone outside walls gives it a warm feeling. Extremely clean and well presented.
