ホテルの裏はビーチでとても素敵です、道路の向こうはスーパーで食べ物を買うのは便利です。市街地に行くのは車で良いと思う。

ビーチが目の前で、バス停も家の前にあり、高級スーパーも家の前にありとても良い環境です。 Sandy Bay Rd沿いの通りで一番古い建物で、重要文化財に指定されている建物ですが、オーナーのTedさんが綺麗にリノベートされていて、すてきなお部屋になっています。 オーナーのTedさんはとても優しい方で、すてきな時間を過ごせました。 タスマニアに行く際はぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。

Beautifully maintained historical building, very large and roomy

It was neat clean tidy and private. Really spacious for the 2 of us. Pity we couldnt have stayed 2 nights. Will definitely recommend. Beach access off driveway.

This was the nicest accommodation that we had whilst in Tasmania for our holiday. It had everything that you need, and is very homely. The apartment is in a basement area below the height of the main road, so it is very quiet, but has windows in a northly easterly aspect that let light throughout the apartment. It has a large outdoor courtyard and has access to the beach (approx 50 metres) via a public access driveway. The apartment has two large bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry and large bathroom. Extremely clean and fully stocked, including a pod style coffee machine (pods included). Approx 5 mins drive from Hobart, with it's own undercover parking spot, and there is a small grocer/deli/coffee shop across the road. I can recommend this apartment to anyone.

This was a wonderful, homely place for our family to stay. We loved the small garden, the comfortable “lived in” kitchen and home with all the amenities. A short stroll to the beach and not far from town, in a lovely neighborhood. I recommend very highly, especially for families or folks wanting some quiet and calm.

This is a great property for a family. Off street garage parking was ideal, it’s location less than a minute walk from a quiet little beach with superb views across the bay back to Hobart was awesome. The property it’s self has bags of character and was very comfortable. There is a shop just over the road selling the most amazing produce. We loved our short stay this summer.

Spacious and well appointed. Great hot water. Has a lovely balcony for morning coffee. Very close to shop and beach. A short drive to everything else.

We loved this property, had such charm and homely feel. Everything you need. I would definitely stay again. Communication with the owner was great. Only cons would be the shower curtain - it had mold on the bottom of it. I would probably just chuck it and find a more hygienic solution if possible. And the bathroom door was getting caught on the tiles making it hard to close. Could be damaging the beautiful tiles.

Only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Perfect for families, great location, comfortable beds and super clean. Ted was so helpful too! Will be back.

Comfortable and homely, great location, great facilities

It is in a beautiful location. We loved walking along the beach and grabbing dinner supplies from the gourmet shop across the road. The apartment was decorated beautifully. It was also cosy with ocean views. We would have loved to stay longer.
