As my parents recomended, it was very pleasant to stay. Beach is in front of the hotel and we could enjoy fireworks on the 1st night.

Une petite merveille avec ses grandes chambres donnant sur la plage et la mer. On se sent comme à la belle époque et le décorum est parfait pour un séjour en amoureux. Très bon service et emplacement incomparable.

Grande chambre, parking accessible, sur la plage

Chambre très propre, personnel d accueil très professionnel, souriant, compétent, capable de résoudre une difficulté. Par contre le personnel du pt déjeuner très désagréable ne croyant pas le client et après avoir compris qu'il s est trompé ne s' excuse pas. Et le lendemain après avoir refusé une place face a la mer , la propose a des clients arrivé apres, pt être existe t il des privilèges par chambre ou par la langue parlé. En plus un peu de regret malgré un choix énorme ne pas trouvé de produits locaux et étiqueté. Nous reviendrons en espérant que au niveau pt déjeuner des choses auront changé. Il semblerait que il est assuré par une société extérieure. Dommage nous adorons cette endroit qui nous demande des sacrifices pour y accéder.

Heel mooi uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel. Heel lekker uitgebreid ontbijt! Wel wat verouderd, de badkamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Un ancien palace en cours de rénovation, un personnel accueillant et un très bon petit déjeuner

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Such a relaxing stay!!

Le cadre est magnifique, l'hôtel très agréable au bord de la mer, un 1 petit bémol sur la connaissance de la langue française, en tant que français, on remarque une difficulté de communiquer en français. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

La chambre donnait sur la mer

We choose Thermae Palace Hotel whenever we go to Oostende because it’s at a quiet place, far from the crowd and we get a nice walk along the beach when we go to the center which is not far away. From our room, We always get a nice sea view. Parking is easy and it’s free. Also convenient to take the coast tram. Breakfast offers many choices. The negative point: The bathtub didn’t drain fast and it was not easy to pull up the lever to have the shower. Also, this time one vial of soap has been already used since there was not much left in it. A mistake perhaps? last time we came

Magnifique sejour. Superbe hotel et location. Toilette un peu vetuste (manque d'aeration).

Really lovely place. 100%. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very nice and clean plus Michelin Style. The rooms were lovely. The sea Views were really nice. Looking forward to an encore soon.

I liked (a lot): 1. Variety of breakfast buffet way beyond average four star hotels 2. All staff extremely motivated and attentive, providing excellent service at all times 3. Payed parking lot as a fine alternative to typical downtown situation with practically no parking available/free of charge at all. There is room for improvement around: 5. Brasserie Albert apparently not being able to charge checks to your room 4. Room furniture (that appears to be a bit outdated)
