とても清潔にされていて、こじんまりとした可愛らしいホテルでした。ブルージュの運河巡りも良かったし、朝食も美味しいパンを食べることが出来て、お得だなと思いました。駐車場も安全な場所で、車の旅行にもおすすめです。

100年余の古い建築物を大改造したブティックホテルで、古都ブリュージュに住んでいるという感じが良かった。但し、古いだけあって床は斜めだし、部屋には食堂を横切って、丸いらせん階段を思いスーツケースで上るという離れ業が必要。従って、古都や古い建物に理解がある方が止まられるのが、よろしいかと。当然私も家内もそのり会社のひとりであったが。それさえ問題のない方なら、この宿はサービスも良くお勧めである。

今回一人旅で立地と価格で選びましたが、結果良い宿だったと思います！ブルージュの駅からは歩いて20分ほど。公園やショッピングストリート、マルクト広場などはを通って行くので歩いても苦になりません。ホテルの外見は、ブリュージュの町並みに馴染んだ感じですが、部屋の中などはリノベされ古さは感じませんでした。バスルームも綺麗でした。アメニティーはコンディショニングシャンプーと小さな固形石鹸ぐらいしかないため、気になる方は持参をお勧めです。冷蔵庫、ミネラルウォーターなどはありません。（水道水を飲んでＯＫと言われました）部屋のライトは暗めです。口コミで評判の朝食は8時からでしたが、今回朝早くの電車で移動予定だったため、ホテルに事前にメールで問合せしたところ、7時からでも対応してくださいました。メールのレスポンスも早く好印象でした。パン、チーズ、ハム、果物などのシンプルな朝食でしたが、とても美味しかったです！そして何よりスタッフの皆さんがとても親切！チェックアウトの際も笑顔で「良い旅を！」と送り出してくれました。

ブルージュの中心街に近く、観光に便利です。スタッフも親切でしたが、ロビーが小さくスタッフも少ないので、チェックイン出来るまでに少し待ちました。古い建物なので、エレベーターはありません。朝食は沢山のハムやチーズ、パンを選ぶ事ができ、卵料理もオーダーできます。すごく美味しかったです。

エレベーターが無いので3階まで荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。係りの方が少しは運んでくれたのですが、毎回は頼めず息をきらせてしまいました。愛犬もつれていったのですが、階段は抱いて昇り降りしました。しかし部屋は最高、屋根裏部屋でしたが天井が高く開放感があり明るく本当に気持ちの良い部屋です。階段の問題も吹き飛ぶ快適さに大満足です。又泊まりたいと思います。

Cute and charming property. Extremely helpful staff

A charming place with old wood details and nice decor scheme. Breakfast was a perfect old-school continental buffet with an option for eggs, juices, breads, cereal, fruit. Great location, close to center. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were pretty firm, not very cushy. Small, consistent signs of wear and tear, like patched holes in wall, cracks in sink and shower. Our view was of the roof right outside the window. Privacy, but boring. The spiral staircase up to one of the floors is definitely a challenge with big bags, so be aware. I love having a kettle, but they need to be cleaned out. That's a personal pet peeve of mine. And so I tried to clean ours before we used it.

Brilliant hotel, very close to the centre. Quirky large rooms and an excellent breakfast included in the price of the room.

Las señoras que atienen son lo mejor, súper lindas, Lo único es que tienes que subir escaleras estrechas así que tienen que tener en cuenta eso si llevan equipaje pesado o si van con personas adultas, fuera de eso súper recomendando

La persona que atiende es súper atenta, el cuarto que me dieron era enorme tenía hasta tina, me encantó y llegas caminando del autobús o tus destinos todo está súper ubicado

My travel partner (who is in a power wheelchair) and I were staying one night in Bruges, and when I booked the room, I'll admit I was extremely skeptical that a room in 700-year-old Bruges would be wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, we confirmed that it was with the owner and, to put it mildly, were shocked at HOW accessible the room was. Not only was it large and easy to move around in, it had hardwood floors and and absolutely HUGE tiled bathroom, complete with his and her sinks. Staff was extremely helpful with local information. Anyone who is needing an accessible room in Bruges I would definitely say to contact this hotel. The location is just a few streets away from the main square, shopping, walking tours, etc.

Excelente receptividade. Precisamos fazer check out mais cedo do que o horário do café da manhã, e a funcionária gentilmente preparou um café para viagem para a gente. Atendimento maravilhoso, quarto excelente, grande, confortável, localização excelente. Nota mil!

Staff was great very helpful to navigate Brugge. Our room was very top and it probably wouldn't be for everybody due to the 2 spiral staircases, but we enjoyed the room. Can't speak for other rooms, but there wasn't a shower in ours only a tub with spray nozzle on hose. It worked fine for us. Breakfast was good. Location was great. I'd definitely stay there again. Parking is in a parking garage that is close, but that is pretty much the norm.

Nice large room and a perfect location, just minutes from all the sites/attractions. You can walk everywhere in no time.
