Gre at staff very clean and great restaurant

Chambre ridiculement petite aucun endroit où poser ses bagages, une personne de taille normale a les plus grandes difficultés à se mouvoir autour du lit. Payer 190 dollars pour une pièce lilliputienne paraît invraisemblable. Mon hotel précédent pour moins cher était largement supérieur. HillTop m’a vu pour une première et dernière fois.

The property dispels the old 70’s motel stereotype by adding new, modern amenities while also updating the decor and, most importantly, maintaining a clear focus on cleanliness. Loved my stay here!

The room needs help. The toilet would hit the wall every time you got up. The screen on the patio door was ripped and we could not leave the door open for air. Instructions for TV were not helpful and out of date and the staff was not helpful. When she, the receptionist, couldn’t get the TV on she asked me if I had a cell phone and I was told I could watch it on there. You have to go to the restaurant for ice as there are no machines. We are seniors and we’re on the 2nd floor so none of this was helpful. We are not tech savvy as I am certain many of us are not. This was the first issue we have had and have been staying at this motel for years in our travels. May be time to change. Oh and upon leaving I was not given a receipt or ask if I would like one for my stay. Staff is undertrained.

Great location for a short stay. A very nice restaurant overlooking the falls with good food.

I’ve rented motel rooms all along the North East, and this was a first for me- let me elaborate: First off: the room itself is fine- it’s well cleaned, there’s a fridge, microwave, A/C, there’s even a hot plate, pots & pans, plates, bowl, and cutlery, which a was an unexpected, but welcome, surprise. The room is definitely small for the price point: competitors have larger rooms for the same price. Given all the above, I would have gladly returned to Hill Top every time I was in the area…except for what happened next: As I was sleeping, someone starting knocking on my door at 8:30am (checkout is at 11 btw), and saying something that’s completely incomprehensible through both the door, and my sleepiness. The lady says something about cleaning- to which I answer “WHAT?!?!”, followed by a “sorry hon!” I immediately became extremely irate- I can perfectly understand cleaning staff wanting to be done early, but confirmation of checkout is littéralement

Breakfast was wonderful, so was our dinner. Home cooked meals. View of the falls are wonderful and proximity to them as well. Our room was perfect 👍 Staff very friendly and helpful.

Grand falls a lovely place to stay and restaurant food with motel was large and excellent

Perfect little room for our overnight stay! Staff were exceedingly helpful and the breakfast was great.
