こちらのホテルと言うよりシェアハウスみたいですね トイレとシャワーは部屋を出てすぐのところにありますが 私たちの時には専用で使用できました シャワーは固定ではなく外せるので快適でした ほとんどが固定で日本人だと不便を感じるかもしれませんがこちらはとても良かったです 共同キッチンもありました コーヒーや紅茶など取り揃えてありました 場所も便利な位地にあります お掃除も入りますので快適に過ごせます

一人旅で2泊利用させていただきました。 街中の行動しやすい立地で、とっても良かったです。 バスターミナルが近く、地下鉄が近いです。 最も大きなユニオン駅へも歩いていけます。 部屋は地下のツインベッドでした。

立地も清潔感もあり、快適なハウスホテルでした。 何よりの評価ポイントは、地下鉄、ドゥンダス駅まで徒歩5分程で便利な上、大通りから一本入ったところなので、静かで最高の立地でした。 オーナー夫婦もメールで丁寧にメッセージをくれたりと親切です。 古い家ですが、きちんと手が入っていて、シンプルですが、洒落てて、清潔感があります。アメニティや飲み物も揃ってます。 残念なのは、泊まったのが、地下室だったので、窓が無く、暗くて寒々しく感じたのと、上の階の人の足音がちょっとうるさく感じられた点です。

初めてのシェアハウスタイプで、清潔さや、隣人の音が木になるか心配でした。 しかし、部屋も備品もきれいで、ベットも気持ちよく過ごしやすかったです。 滞在中の隣人は静かで、音も気になりませんでした。 近くに日本食居酒屋、ラーメン屋と歩ける範囲にあり立地も良かったです。

夏だともっと気持ちがよいのだと思います。管理人は常駐しておりませんので、チェックインの際は注意を。事前にカギ番号の連絡が行くと思います。見た目は、普通の家です。

繁華街や大学まで近く,１週間程度の滞在に最適です。

女性２名での宿泊。よそ様の家に泊まらせてもらう、といった雰囲気の宿泊所でした。オーナーさんとはチェックインの時に会うだけで、あとは他の宿泊者と玄関ではち合わせるくらいです。飲み物や軽食などが用意されており、自由に頂けるので寛ぐことができました。 ちょっとした問題があっても電話をすれば快く対応してもらえるので、有り難かったです！ ユースホステルなどは未経験ですが、こちらは日本のペンションに近いタイプの宿泊所だと思います。 部屋の壁が薄いようで、音がよく響くので、そこだけ留意が必要です。 ※洗濯機、アメニティ、ドライヤーあり、玄関で靴を脱ぐので、スリッパを用意しておくことをお勧めします。

とても、いい場所でよかったです。 ただ、毎日お掃除が入らなかったので、キッチンのお皿が足りなくなったりしてたので、 毎日はいって欲しく思いました。 あと、キッチンに、もう少し料理器具があればいいなと思いました。(栓抜き、サランラップ等)

The room with the queen size bed was extremely small, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small as well.

This property was certainly value for money. My room was smallish but comforatable with the added feature of private garden. The communal kitchen was well stocked with coffees/teas/etc. There are very many restaurants within easy walking distance.

VORSICHT, hier wird man auf eine falsche Fährte geführt. Es heißt 'deluxe'! Aber es ist wie ein Mix aus WG und besserer Studentenbude ... es wird vorgegaukelt, man hätte ein eigenes Appartament. Stattdessen hat man Mini-Bad, das eine Klapptür hat, um überhaupt Platz zu finden. Das Waschbecken passt in JEDEN Schuhkarton. Abtrocknen nach der Dusche geht nicht...zu klein. Ein wackelickes Badregal droht bei jeder Klospülung einzustürzen. Im Zimmer ist KEIN Platz für einen Koffer, nicht mal für einen Trolly... es gibt keinen Schrank, Regal oder ähnliches. Der 'garden access' ist ein ungepflegter Hinterhof, den man aber zu schätzen lernt, weil das Zimmer soooo klein ist. TV? ja, es gibt ein Gerät. Aber KEIN einziges Programm! Nur eine uninteressante Arg von Mediathek, also nichts Aktuelles. Aber das ist alles nicht so schlimm wie diese zwei Aspekte: das vermeintliche 'deluxe'-Zimmer ist direkt vor der für mindestens drei weitere Zimmer...man hört JEDEN Kaffee, riecht JEDES zubereitete Mahl (in unserem Fall wenig inspiriertes indisches Essen...) Der Geruch des Küchenmülls zieht genauso ins Zimmer wie dad Essen...etc. Das Bett verursacht so laute Geräusche, dass an Sex gar nicht zu denken ist, weil jeder Kaffeekochende Gast ALLES mitbekäme...und wenn über einem einer geht, klingt das wie stetes Trampeln. Die Lage ist allerdings extrem super. Und ja, es gibt im Haus tatsächlich eine Wohneinheit, die man deluxe bezeichnen kann...aber der Eindruck (plus die Fotos) isr irreführend!

Nice setting and convenient to downtown. Walkable to business centre of city and close to TMU. Room is compact while outdoor garden suite would only be useable in summer/fall.

I stayed in the single room on main floor. Very tiny bathroom but functional. Would be tight with 2 people but good for 1. Only room for 1 vehicle so if multiple guests you’ll have to look for parking off site.

Only 12 min walk to Eatin Centre. 45 min walk to Rogers Centre.

Margie is a very kind, sweet and caring woman who provided a clean room and as well as use of the kitchen. I personally did not use the kitchen as I come from a very small town and enjoy eating out at restaurants whenever I get the chance but, I definitely appreciated that use of the kitchen was provided. Although I was a little bit disappointed that the advertisement was a bit misleading but that could have been a fault of my own. I did not read into other reviews and such. I was expected a hotel-like environment but nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here. Margie has went above and beyond to ensure that my stay in Toronto has been nothing other than great and comforting. I missed my flight the day I was supposed to check out and although Margie did not have to accommodate me whatsoever but, she allowed me to have a late check out without issues. The house, kitchen and room were all very clean. Only thing that I would have changed, is to make it easier to go out for cigarette breaks but that is my own personal preference. I would recommend to anyone as the location is right in downtown Toronto. I stayed for a conference which was less than a 5 minute walk away. I have stayed from Monday right until Thursday evening. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Excellent location

Excellent location on a quiet leafy street right next to Yonge. Subway station minutes away. Room itself is small and basic but has everything you need including en suite bathroom. Host left us some snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. Our room had access to a back garden/patio which was a nice space to relax in. Shared kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee. There's a mini fridge in the room as well.

First time Expedia user (I normally stay in hotels). I have to say, this experience exceeded all my expectations: (online) communication with Margie was pleasant, precise, and prompt; surprising number amenities were included; location was central and accessible; accommodations were very well-maintained, clean, hospitable, safe and quiet. We even had a charming private terrace in the back. The price was extremely competitive. Would definitely use again. In fact, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Toronto.
