カナダ留学している娘との旅行で利用しました。実は、予定では、トロントから午前中に宿に到着予定でしたが、早朝のフライトに乗り遅れてしまい、次の便は、真夜中の到着便しかありませんでした。それでも、嫌な顔ひとつせず、受け入れてもらえました。宿を予約してから、何回か、ホテルから連絡を受け取って、やり取り出来ていたので、チェックインの変更連絡もすぐに出来、助かりました。部屋も素敵で可愛く、日本では、なかなか経験出来ないデコレートでした。朝食のみのサービスでしたが、共有ミニキッチンにパン類が置いてあり自由に食べることが出来ました。宿のオーナーさんもフレンドリーで、アットホームな感じでした。他のお客さんで日本人はいませんでしたが、朝食時に顔を合わせて、和気あいあいな雰囲気でした。

Beautiful old Victorian house, with a boarding house feeling , well maintained with furniture and artifacts, from a time gone by. Close to the port and Restaurants.

Friendly staff, parking included and a cozy and comfortable room!

The experience exceeded my expectations. The house is wonderfully furnished and so central to amazing restaurants and the core of Charlottetown. Helen and her grand-son were wonderful hosts. My time in PEI was absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Interesting old house owned and operated by longtime family in Charlottetown.

The Fitzroy Hall is a Charlottetown gem. This 19th century mansion has been well-maintained and operated as a B&B for more than 30 years by a local family. The welcome we received from the proprietor and her two grandchildren was warm and professional. The interior design and decor exuded old Victorian charm while appearing shiny and clean with an acute attention to detail. Our room and bed were comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious. Parking was ample. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this B&B experience other than to say that the property does not have an elevator, but one would expect this in such an old place. We highly recommend Fitzroy Hall and would stay there again!

Very friendly hosts that provided a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast were delicious complete with homemade jams. Location was perfect as it was minutes away from countless bars and restaurants. We would recommend this B&B to any of our friends and family.

Very nice heritage home. Some of the beds were dated and TV was grossly undersized - was a computer monitor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, it was such a treat to stay in a historic home. Helen and her grandson were great hosts, breakfast was always enjoyable! Location was amazing! Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the water. Our room was great and my only complaint would be that the mattress on the sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable for my daughter, but otherwise we had no complaints!

The Bed and Breakfast was lovey. Our first opportunity to stay at this type of establishment. It was comfortable and breakfast was nice. The staff was excellent. The area was beautiful,

Such an amazing heritage home, every room is full of stories and character. Helen is a wonderful host, treats you with the best breakfast, and will make your stay memorable. The only thing I would change is that our bed was way too soft for my liking

A wonderful property and experience. The host is kind and polite yet unobtrusive. The other guests were a lot of fun to chat with at breakfast each day. Only suggestions are making sure the TV is working and perhaps getting larger ones. Snacks were promised but not much was available but lots of guests so others might have taken things. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful character home.

Helen and her family were fabulous hosts and really enjoyed meeting other guests at the communal breakfast table.
