the rooms were very clean and the people were friendly too, will come again.

It was ok clean but the TV didn’t work and there was no hairdryer. Someone in the room next to us was smoking in their room because the smell was coming through the vents. I am so not a picky person but won’t be back to this hotel.

Booked this room for my sister in law as the hotel we booked was sold out...She ended up staying with us anyways and I was out the money for the room because the hotel room was so gross. Cigarette and dirt everywhere.

The room was clean but the entrace to the motel requires more lights. I have had difficulty to find the entrance to the motel late in the evenings.

Room was clean, no coffee, coffee makers and hair dryer in Room, not sure if its intended or forgotten.

Easy access on the main highway in Napanee, very clean with a beautiful bathroom, only issue we had was it was very hot in the room and didn't know where the temperature gauge was

Not very Sound proof , thought the snow plow might have been coming right through the building

It was close to where we needed to be. Close to downtown with all the amenities like a big city has.

Expedia charged me $167 for this double bed room. It was worth about maybe $50 to $60 at the most. Baseboards dirty. Room smelt musty and mouldy. No hot water is shower and then discovered the hot and cold water had been switched (this is a safety issue as I could have scalded myself if I had turned on the cold water tap first). Supposed to have a “continental breakfast” for this place but the bagels were hard and dry, the pod coffee was lukewarm. I want some of my money refunded please. I would never go back here again. Expedia ripped me off big time!

They have a fish cutting station so it's great for people who fish property was clean and quiet

Very expensive and duct tape all over from door that didn’t lock properly and bathroom door broken. Staff tried to say it wasn’t like that.

Was an awful odor in bathroom guess sewage problems and washing the blankets would have been nice!!

It was a nice stay and breakfast was good too. I definitely recommend this property.

In Much need of renovation! Beds terrible! Bathroom door yucky! Air conditioning so cold, felt like we were camping! No way of adjusting! Even closed vent! Been trying to try smaller motels lately to give them business but after this one, probably not!

It had a USB power outlet in one of the sockets! That's a big plus for me. Newly remodelled bathroom was nice. Room was small but fine.

Old rooms..uncomfortable beds. Weird smell. Dirty blankets. But the owner was kind, nice and accommodating.

Very tired .... painting required. Carpet appeared dirty. Bed not very comfortable.

Was there on business. A bit too expensive for the area, but apart from that, no problems. The beds were comfortable, great shower, no complaints apart from the price. Friendly people. Microwave, fridge that worked very well.

It was clean, bed was awesome and.perfect for sleeping!!! Will be coming back again.
