I loved this hotel. Super clean, nice, no-frills. Just what I need for a 3 night stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

Place is well maintained. Ice machine not working.

no carts to bring luggage to the room. spoke english poorly so it was difficult to understand instructions. fridge was unplugged and warm when we got into the room. if that doesn't bother you i highly recommend this place

I was at the Queen bee for one night stay part engagement had the next day in Winnipeg. The room in which I stayed was very sparse but comfortable. I slept well on the bed and The Room temperature was fine. This is not a luxurious hotel.

Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. Would be nice to have a kettle and iron in the room; I did borrow one from the front desk and the ironing board was a bit slanted to one side. Would also be nice to have utensils (fork knife and spoon) and some decaf coffee and tea in the rooms. Hotel is very quiet at night; no problem with noisy neighbours. Overall great value for the money.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice price.

quiet location and clean hotel

The Queen Bee Hotel was a great option for the price. We got a queen-sized bed and the room was very sanitary and well-maintained. The area felt safe and the staff were welcoming.

The woman at check in was very pleasant, the room was clean and had enough lighting. Bathroom brand new level of clean. The bed was very comfortable , I liked the just-right thickness pillows. The fan on our heating unit was a bit loud. (102) The hotel was quiet and we could not hear any street noise from our room at the back of the hotel We enjoyed a Chinese meal at the Uma Yummy restaurant next door.

Convenient parking

Simple, affordable, kind staff, always clean, quiet, comfortable. No complaints, I would stay there again. It doesn’t offer extra amenities like a pool or breakfast but you know that going into it. I’d recommend.

The staff was kind and the property was clean but old. I wish they had water dispenser on the property. The area was quiet and some food places close by (walking distance). Room had basics like microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

So close to the University of Manitoba and restaurants.
