It was just ok. It was just a place to sleep. It’s old. The furniture was old and broken.

The hotel is central in Edmondston. I'm old and minded the stairs. The room not large but the bed is good and bathroom adequate. If you just need a bed and a shower for the night the Happy Hotel will fill the bill.

Very, very basic. The little railing at the front of our ground flood room was repaired by 2 small chunks of wood that kept railing from falling down, but no support. Inside room was old style "curly" light bulb with a small brown mark on it - when these burn out can be very dangerous and can catch on fire. Inside the bathroom door they replaced 2 screws with rounded head screws instead of flat heads so the door could not completely close. The bathtub was in decent shape and looked clean. The fridge did not have little freezer compartment so next day our food was not able to be kept cold on our trip. Walking distance to Tim Horton's and Dairy Queen. We reasonably quiet. They have only done the absolute basics of minimal maintenance.

Motel plain but clean with microwave fridge and freezer. Staff helpful. I would stay there again. Car parked right outside room

old motel...beds were comfortable, very hard to bring luggage to our room.

No suitable parking due to construction. No outdoor seating as pictured. Window in room had a broken lock so we just left early in the am. It was a room and bed. Sweet lady at the desk was polite. Had to call a cell number to get assistance upon arrival though no one in the office had to call for assistance. If all you’re looking for is a basic room it worked. Close to Tim Hortons opened at 5am.

This motel is located in a nice enough neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen. The motel is dated and worn. The fridge was dirty and the walls needed a good scrubbing. There was no ice. The shower is so small you cannot move without touching the wall. I see so many fantastic reviews for this place and I have to wonder if they were paid to leave them. If you are used to a Holiday Inn or a Super 8, this place is not for you.

Room was clean except for the shower which needs a real scrubbing. Very quiet, easy to find and lots of parking with places to eat close by. Was suppose to have a full bath/tub but only had a small shower and to use the toilet you had to slide around the sink (a larger person would not be able to use washroom so small)

Needed more towels, also need to check light bulbs in all rooms.

The room was clean but could have used a good overall cleaning. It is always a tell that when the lights are dim. I carry extra light bulbs in my vehicle and add them where they are missing to tell the true story. Lots of hot water and good pressure. The beds were clean and the towels soft. Parking is next to the room.

Good experience

This property is older, the room we stayed in was dark and not well cared for. Very small room, tiny washroom and not very clean. No bath mat, no coffee/tea in room. Very basic.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Bathroom was very small, not enough towels for 4 guests. Bed was comfy.

We were only there to sleep. We were out from 4pm to 1am. The room was clean. It is not a luxury room. However for the price we were very satisfied. The lady at the reception was super nice.
