I got a smoky cabin. Some one smoked cigerertes in the cabin and it smelled terrible as soon as I entered. I called the after hours guy and he was quick coming and checking. The sad part is he told me the smoke is because of wild fire outside, he has denied it’s cigarette smoke. He contacted the property owner and offered a full refund if I want to checkout but it’s tough to detour your vacation, checkout checkin at another hotel. It was also busy season to find another room .

George's Mountain Village is a real gem! The cabin was updated with a beautiful kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The location of the property is situated at the base of the mountain with all amenities next door. The hiking trails are literally right outside your door. The staff were friendly and professional. We will definetly be back.

Wow, clean! And wow, spacious! Why rent a hotel room when you can rent a 2 bedroom cabin for the same price or less?!!! Completely worth it in today market. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely cottage, tried to book again for this weekend and it was sold out. Everything that was needed was found inside and we loved that we were next to the falls.

They close early to check in but it was still easy to get in the cabin. The fire pits are in the middle of the parking lot rather than right at your cabin but otherwise what you see is what you get. Very comfortable and great ammenities.

The staff were great. Easy to find location. Beautiful brook and water falls within minutes walk. Worth seeing. The kitchen had basics. A few extra pans and maybe some cooking oil, spices would be nice. Overall very good place to stay.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect especially if you’re travelling between Corner Brook and Deer Lake/Pasadena during your stay.

Nice little cabin. Great location.

Cozy. Fireplace was very nice. The ripped and torn sofa was mostly comfortable but not pleasant to look at. The beds were mostly comfortable but squeaked and groaned at the slightest movement. Never have we encountered such a problem. When I mentioned this to the young lady at checkout she dismissed what I had said because she had never had anyone else say anything about the beds. Well now you have. Maybe the owner should personally sleep on the beds in cabin 9 and see and hear for themselves and a bit more customer service training for the check in staff. Otherwise the stay was relatively pleasant but a decent nights sleep would have been nice. Update your furniture somewhat. It would make it more of a 4 star accommodation. 9
