第一印象は無愛想でよくなかったが意外に快適な滞在になった。3階建でセルフランドリーは1階にあり、比較的小さめのホテルにも関わらず洗濯機、乾燥機がそれぞれ4台あり混むということはなかった。受付の人も、当たり前かもしれないが、違う人は対応も良く段々と印象は良くなってきた。カボットトレイルの人もドライブのための宿泊施設としては最適の立地。隣にコンビニ、徒歩2分には結構大きいスーパーがあり便利。

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were clean but poorly furnished. No counter space in room or bathroom. No one touched our room for our complete 3 day stay. The restaurant opened on the last day we were there, June 20 2026 The website said opened the middle of the month. Which was disappointing as we would have liked to support it. I would still recommend this property as it is beautiful and the staff is great. I would prefer a little better communication.

Property needs to be maintained It’s more like ghost and haunted painting in the rooms and hall ways. Just need upgrades on old style to modern furniture and stuff

Clean room and bathroom. Old-fashioned coffee maker - needs an upgrade. Dining is not available, even though the website said it was available after June 15. (Other dining was available in the town of Baddeck.)

The Inn was well maintained. Room was spacious and clean.

We stayed in Baddeck many years ago and wondered over to the Lynwood inn for dinner. We said if we returned, we would like to stay there. It was a wonderful place to stay two evenings. Spacious with a little balcony and great water pressure and a water jet tub. Too bad the restaurant was not open, but there are some nice places to eat in walking distance. When we returned to Baddeck, we will definitely stay at the Lynwood Inn once again.

We were there early in the season, and there weren’t staff at the desk very much. But it was clean and nicely maintained. The room was comfortable, and the showers were nice. Walking distance to everything in Baddeck

Front desk not always staffed but available for check in later in afternoon. Property isn’t fully open so no breakfast. Nice corner room with balcony but outside chairs were wet do’s couldn’t room. Big bathroom, everything was very clean. If in the area again with try something else.

Clean room in easy reach of village great tea room and restaurants easy to travel round cape

Over all not too bad but we couldnt sleep with AC or fan on bcuz it was really really loud!!! Nothing much around the area

Breakfast not available yet, television analog with 4 to 6 channels only on tiny tv, and internet not accessible on second day there

Fantastic location and comfortable (but firm bed) and very clean room. The staff are outstanding and were very helpful.

The Inn is a lovely property in a central location. Initially, we were given a room on the ground floor which had a strong smell, the owners upgraded us to a room one floor up. The owners are lovely, live offsite and respond quickly when called. The shower is lovely, great water pressure; ample towels. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The rooms are cozy, 80’s decor. Pride of ownership is evident.

A comfortable and convenient hotel. Unfortunately no dinner or breakfasr in the winter season but close to a couple of other options.

Are hosts were very nice. It was like staying at home and with family and the food was awesome and the entertainment and the cleanliness. Everything was just very very nice.

La habitacíón estaba limpia, pero nunca encotramos a nadie en recepción, tocó llamar y esperar a que aparecieran, nos entreharon la llave y nunca más volvimos a ver a nadie. El restaurante cerrado, ese y todos los del pueblo, no habia nada que comer cerca, solo un mini mercado al lado del hotel. Fueron dos días a punto de comida de microondas. Eso nunca lo advietieron cuando hicimos la reserva. Parecía un pueblo fatasma. Viajamos desde colombia, con mucha ilusión y fue terrible. Libró el paisaje hermoso, solo eso.

Room and hotel was lovely. There odd season so it was very quiet. Such a great neighborhood!

Lady at front desk was amazing. Room was fabulous only wish there was a kettle in the room.

This property is well located and easy to find. Lots of dining / drinking venues within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The receptionist however was less than welcoming.
