Hotel was way better than I was expecting. Loved the sitting area in the room. Bed was firm but I like it that way. Would definitely stay there again.

The inside was beautiful wood, but it lacked ventilation and was a bit musty. The bathroom really needs a ventilation fan. The air-conditioner blew warm air and was loud in producing the warm air.There was wiring outside the wall tacked to the logs that was not in any sheathing, and the wrong electrical box for exposed wiring. Everyone has their own ideas about bed comfort, but it was pretty firm (hard?) for our liking. The scenery was wonderful and the location was very secure. There were good dark-out curtains and it was very helpful to have a bedside 120 volt source and usb2 ports.

Room was nice and clean. New bathroom very clean. Quiet. Had a restful sleep. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay, very convenient location and beautiful, spacious rooms. Everything was very clean and all the essential amenities were provided inside the rooms. The rooms were equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, television and plenty of outlets to plug-in anything. I recommend this stay - value for price and family friendly safe location.

The a/c wasn't very powerful and room was stuffy as a result. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There were only 2 hard wooden chairs to sit on. They were fine for about 10 minutes, but after that became very uncomfortable to sit on. Some people don't like to just sit on the bed. My sister will be traveling to Valemount soon, I told her not to stay here

Clean and being wood log feel tied in great with being in mountains. Aporeciated updated bathroom.

The room was ok. Hot water took forever with next to no pressure. Best thing was there was no strong odor from there cleaning chemicals. Glad to have a roof over our heads.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Its nearby mount robson. The hotel is very clean and has sink,oven, fridge in the room We shall visit you again next years

I would like to comfort beds

Bed was comfortable. It was old but upgraded. Floors were squeaky.

Absolutely horrible beds. You might as well sleep on pavement they are so stiff. No give in the mattresses, you don’t even make a dent when you sit on them.

There was plenty of parking and although the complex itself is older, everything is completely renovated and well kept up. The bathroom had quartz countertops, the bathtub was replaced with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead. The room was completely clean. It had a hot flight to cook on, a few dishes, fridge, a microwave, and although it was quite comped, it was everything that we needed. The staff was very pleasant and brought us ice when we asked for it. We didn’t need the air-conditioning and above all what I appreciate it was the cleanliness. Overall great.
