Chambre avec mezzanine incroyablement propre

We booked last minute for the winter carnival and there were only very few rooms left. The staff was so nice to accommodate us upon checking in. She asked us which floor we want. But when we realized that the room that was initially given was far from the hotel entrance, she was so nice to gave us another room. Breakfast is not included. However, they give free coffee and some fruits and drinks in the morning!

La propreté : du tapis (à côté du lit j’ai trouver un dollars et des vis) De la salle de bain, il y avait plusieurs cheveux dans le bain Point négatif je n’ai pas trouver de prise de courant proche du lit outre que derrière une grosse commode trop lourde à bouger Point positif la chambre était chaude

Je n'ai pas séjourné à l' Auberge Québec car il avait de la moisissure sur le bas des murs et ça sentait terriblement mauvais!

Room was clean when we arrived and warm. Loved the loft bedroom. Only thing we noticed was our door to the balcony wouldn't lock but being on the 2nd floor, it wasn't an issue for us. Staff was courteous and friendly as well as helpful. Will be staying there again if we visit Quebec City again.

3 sejours a auberge Québec durant le temps des fêtes...très bien, prix plus qu'abordable, chambres propre , personnel très courtois , un merci particulier a Angélique, qui semble littéralement dormir sur place!! 😉 que des bons commentaires pour cet établissement !

Everything was perfect. The huge parking lot was immaculately plowed much to my amazement. If only continental breakfast was included, it would’ve brought more convenience to our stay considering the fact that it coincided with year end where most food outlets were closed. Location-wise very strategically located to malls.

Was very basic in services, no food at all except apples and oranges in the morning. The only staff I saw was at the front desk, Had a moldy stinch. Bed was very uncomfortable for me (memory foam) only had the bathroom and entrance light that worked. But was right beside my work site. That made it tolerable for the time that I was there.

Le personnel est très sympathique et respectueux, mais la chambre était catastrophique, surtout le chauffage. Nous avons très mal dormi pendant deux nuits à cause du bruit, et notre petite fille avait peur. Cela a malheureusement gâché notre séjour.

L’emplacement est bon, service aussi mais la chambre est terrible j’ai pas pu dormir à cause du bruit de chauffage, installation très ancienne, il faut rénover l’installation.
