We had an amazing Valentine’s experience. The room was spotless and cosy. The hosts were friendly. The food was exquisite.

You pay $500 per night and receive $50-quality room and service. The listing photos are totally misleading. The room was old and unclean. The bathroom was extremely small, with yellow/orange stains between the tiles and a sticky floor. The toilet was outdated and malfunctioned—after a normal flush, it made loud dripping and water noises all night, and I had to try fixing it myself at 3 a.m. The living room ceiling light was broken, leaving the room very dark. There were no activities, and everything outdoors was covered in snow. For this price, other hotels offer comfort and proper service. This place offered Nothing, Nothing and Nothing . Not recommended — avoid booking!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre conforme à la description et parfaitement propre. Le cadre est magnifique et tout est fait pour que les visiteurs se sentent bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le personnel était super sympathique. Le restaurant était excellent. Les chambres auraient besoin d'un peu d'amour, mais c'était propre.

Propreté de la chambre. Les accommodements sont très de base, pas de séchoir à cheveux, un fauteuil 1 place et 2 chaises droites. Lit très confortable et restaurant sur place avec un bon choix de menu. Accueil et service impeccable. Merci! PS: un tapis de bain serait sécuritaire pour éviter les chutes.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and warm. The only hiccup might be that you can hear your room neighbours too well.

We wanted a place to enjoy the winter weather in the day & had a reastaurant so we didnt have to drive at night which was advertised. Half way there we received a call to pick up the key as there would be no one there and no Bar or restaurant for our Mon to Thursday visit. So we needed to go food shopping...... would have been nice to know before hand!! Very disapointing!!
