The property is dated. Basic breakfast, 2 eggs, hash browns and toast.

We arrived very late at night (1:45 am) and was accommodated with checking in and getting settled, without complaint. It was very helpful to have breakfast included.

Quite disappointed being stuck on second floor walk up. Room was being used as a greenhouse when I arrived, but plants were removed on day two. I guess they put me in a room that they didn't even think they would use. No breakfast available on day 1. Kind folks, but just disappointed.

The room condition was excellent considering remote location and weather conditions. However, this place needs a better and lighted reception area and professionally trained staff.

My room was already rented to someone else when I got there, despite my reservation. They had no other rooms available. I am still trying to get a refund.

The property itself was easy to find. Check In was at a bar counter where I was just given a key and pointed in the direction to go, I did check in late. There was nothing in the room with the WiFi password, we were missing a TV remote so we had no way to turn it on, and the room itself had one clean bed and one bed that we couldn’t even sleep in because of the sheer amount of dog hair covering everything. They are working on updating the rooms which is great but the overall cleanliness of the room was way below standard. The one advantage was free breakfast and that more they were very polite. Made them breakfast fresh for us and fueled us for the road!

Got on late but the staff let us know right where to park and plug in for the night, great little rooms

My main concern was the "do not pat!" dog in the bar/lobby, which later seemed to want to attack my leashed dog in the parking lot if not for my intervention. Amenities list restaurant - which was closed, free breakfast - didn't see any. Wifi password was supposedly in room - not found. Pet fee listed as $15, charged $17 (not taxes or exchange rate). Bring a bedside light or a six foot stick to switch off lights. As others have mentioned in renovated rooms - awkward TV angle, great view of smoking employees, roaming employee dog of uncertain temperament and weak Wifi signal. Correct amenities list to be truthful!

Honestly you won’t get better in the middle of winter in Haines junction. The rooms had been spruced up a bit. Breakfast was a little so so, but again, it is winter in the Yukon, things are slow.

The room was clean and staff helped get extra furniture for my stay.

I've stayed here several times going back & forth from Alaska to the lower 48 and always enjoy staying here. Clean, comfortable and the owners are very kind.

Kluane Park Inn web site says restuarant closes at 10 pm. When checking in at 7:45pm asked about restuarant and was told that restuarant was closing at 9pm. Unloaded car and showed up at restuarant at 8pm expecting to eat. I was then told that the restuarant was closed. The next morning the restuarant was not open yet when we left at 8am. No food this morning. Baseboard heat in room did not work, but a 12"x12" electric heater was in the room so we used that (label on microwave said not to use the microwave while the electric heater was on). The bed my wife slep on had a patched sheet. The hotel itself is in various states of disrepair.
