３泊しましたが、ホテルの前に居酒屋があり、 夜遅くまで音楽鳴り、騒いでおりうるさい。 洗面の電気は切れたまま直してくれなかった。 またティーの補充もなかった。 タオルの補充も十分でなく残念なホテルであった。

設備もきれいで対応も紳士的で、特に不満はありません

駅近くです。パリからの、暗くなってからの雨の中の到着でしたが、思いのほか近くて分かりやすく助かりました。ホテルの通りのほか、突き当たりにもスーパーマーケットがあって、翌日はそこで買ったリンゴをかじりながら旧市街まで歩いて観光しました。

Good location and kind staff.

一人旅で2泊しました。昼12時前に到着しましたがwelcomeと言われる、気持ちよく早めにチェックイン出来ましたが、部屋がまだ掃除してなくって、即他の広めの部屋(無料)に変えてもらいました。近くにバー、レストラン、スーパーマーケットがたくさんあります。駅からスーツケースを持って移動 出来る範囲内で、部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫と湯沸かし器、ドライヤーがありました。

繁華街にあるので、猥雑な雰囲気が苦手な人は驚くかもしれません。私は20 〜21時にはホテルに戻っていたので、特に治安の悪さは感じませんでした。エントランスは小さいですがスタッフさんも笑顔で対応して下さいますし、一人旅には勿体ないほど部屋も広かったです。充分に満足のいく滞在でした。

これまで利用したホテルで最悪でした。 Hotels.comの客室詳細では、22平米とありましたが、実際の部屋は15〜16平米くらいしかなく、スーツケースを広げることもできません。受付のオーナーらしき男性に3泊もするのだし、もっと広い部屋に代えて欲しいと話したところ、実際は殆ど客がいないにもかかわらず、満室だ、嫌なら返金すると、全く客を客とも思わない返答でした。ひどいホテルです。朝食は3日間利用しましたが、2日間は広い食堂には、私達以外わずか1組しかおらす、内容もお粗末でした。また、客室の洗面所も臭い匂いがしました。 また、このホテルの立地は、ルクセンブルクとは思えない雰囲気の悪さです。 ルクセンブルクの駅前にはホテルはいくつもありますので、Hotels.comさんは、このホテルの扱いをやめて、別のホテルと契約した方が良いと思います。

ドイツやフランスなどの近隣国のホテルに比べると、値段の割に微妙でした。ただ、レセプションスタッフの対応は非常によく、オススメのスポットなどを細かく教えてくださいました。

中央駅から近く鉄道での移動の中継地点だったので便利でした。 ただ、周辺にいかがわしいお店がいくつかあるので気になさる方は注意が必要です。

L'emplacement est idéal, à 5min à pied de la gare et de la salle de concert Den Atelier où nous avions un évènement. La réception est ouverte 24/24 et nous sommes rentrés à 4:00 du matin sans soucis. Pas de bruit dans les couloirs. Le point criticable tient à l'état général de l'hôtel qui n'est pas tout neuf et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement.

It’s an older hotel in good shape but no air conditioning and terrible WiFi. Also, area is sketchy with refugees so you might want to spend a little more money to stay on other side of bridge

While location is perfect, the conditions of the hitel is terrible. The room is badly msintained. The staff is unhelpful. I will never ever stay there in the future

Está ubicado en una calle de table dances, lo cual no deja dormir. El hotel debería tener categoría de 2 estrellas máximo. Las sábanas están viejas y la cobija adicional sucia.

Personnel très aimable, mais hôtel situé dans une rue très bruyante et isolation des fenêtres laissant à désirer.

The listing said there was air conditioning but there was only a fan in the room. Walls and bathroom were pretty dirty. Rooms are small. Shower was broken - nothing there to hold the shower head above you.

Sehr laut I’m Zimmerman Von der Strasse. Im Sommer ohne Klima ware unmoeglich. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut

The shower clogged up. Water was overflowing the entire bathroom. I asked to change rooms. The hotel is not full, but instead, they sent someone to dig up a nasty clump of hair clogging up the shower and didn’t change the room. So I had to deal with a flooded bathroom all night. Next day, I accidentally left my key card in the room and got a nice lecture that the hotel is not responsible if someone have access to the room when I leave the card in the room. Who else other than the hotel has access to the room? The area is also very dodgy. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra €50 and get a better place

Room and shower were clean and the location was convenient for the city. Sadly the road was very noisy late at night and early in the morning so if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you

The ad said AC, but there was none. It was cool so no big deal. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It's hard to give it above 3 stars because it's an older place that is quite small, but everything worked fine. Across the street are some clubs (cabaret?) so maybe not the best with kids, but it wasn't loud or unsafe.
