They took full of charge even though I got trouble with transportation from Luxemburg unfortunately.

ホテルが山の中にあるので チェックイン時間より早く着いたため 入れてもらった為 無愛想な対応であった それと エクスペディアさんの予約済み用紙に現地で払う様に 指示を明確にすることを望む 例えば 現地で払ってくださいとか それに現金なのか カードなのか書くべきである

Vianden城のすぐ近くにあり、アクセスに便利でしたが、車で行ったものの、駐車場が満員で、かなり離れた道路に停めざるを得ませんでした。部屋は清潔であるものの、極めてシンプル。スリッパ、ミニバー、アメニティ等一切ないので、持参の必要があります。

Hote acogedor para una escapada rápida

Beautiful spacious rooms, nicely updated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed. Pool was ok, we didn’t get to use the sauna’s due to specific spa rules.. Hot Tub wasn’t in operation which was unfortunate. Location is fantastic and the restaurant was good.

Excellent location, lovely property with fantastic view from the rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Having stopped at this hotel on at least 6 occasions I can say nothing negative. Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Lovely and helpful staff, great service, bar and restaurant. Great garage parking for motorcycles.

Our unit was hot like a Sauna and nobody was able to sleep at night. While the unit was nice, it is not usable when the weather is warm. Front desk staff was also unfriendly during check in. I wouldn't go back and stay there again.

This is the 4th stay at the hotel, and I still haven’t found anything negative to say about the hotel. The condition, facilities and bar and food prices are excellent. The service is always with a smile. I can’t wait to return. The underground parking is fabulous and is free of charge.
