基本的にフロントには人がいません。 シャトルバスも少し丁寧度に欠けます。 が部屋は綺麗で広くコスパが良いです。

It's beautiful hotel! Kind staffs, best location, fresh breakfast! Room is so clean. We could get so relax time. I'm so recommend for first visiting tourists, because it's so easy to access to old city and restaurants. In first February, there has winter festival. Grand allee street is main display place. You can enjoy beautiful ice pales, some activitys, and mulled wine. every thing is very comfortable. I want to recommend everyone short stay, and long stay.

Great location, super close to the Parliament building and Old Town. My boyfriend and I are in our early 20’s and were looking for somewhere affordable that still had a vintage charm to it. This place was awesome! Comfy bed, adjustable heat, blackout curtains, clean. Staff were also super receptive over the phone and even let us check in about 4 hrs early because our room was ready. Would recommend!

Chambre familiale réservée pour 5 personnes. Mais à notre arrivée il n’y avait pas de draps pour un des lits, nous en avons trouvé par nous mèmes dans un placard du 1re étage (personne de présent pour le Check-In). Chambre propre mais vieillissante, notamment la salle de bain.

It was unsafe to access this property. Nor the front stairs or the back stairs or the parking lot was plowed. There was a ton of snow around

Environment very good. Close to attractions

Easy check in, quiet and close to everything. Very clean. Parking was a bit of an issue because of closed roads for Carnivale. Would stay again

Creo que el mejor valor del hospedaje fue su ubicación que resultó ser muy buena por las fechas. Cómo sugerencia pondría más atención en el tema de las camas que son un tanto viejas e incómodas y las amenidades como toallas y jabón de ducha. En general todo lo demás fue muy bueno.

Big room within walking distance from old Québec city. Easy checking with code received the day before. The owners can take awhile to respond through the app, you better call by phone.

Très bien situé, propre, facile d'accès et les instructions ont été très bonnes.

Home away from home, clean, spacious, comfortable, secure, historical, central. Coffee in room or easy to operate in hall would have been great.

I didn't see a single staff member during my entire stay there. But nonetheless they communicate very well before my arrival, and via information written everywhere telling me what to do and how to do things. My only quibble, but this is personal to me, is the bed is really really soft. And I prefer a firmer bed. Nonetheless, I slept very well.

The amenities are just ok, but the location and the price make it a very good place to stay otherwise!

Room needs a little bit of fix me up, traces of water damages in bedroom and also bathroom. Overall an excellent stay
