Enjoyed our stay

I was there for work. The hotel is located close to QEW which is very convenient but of course you will have some noise from the traffic.

Clean quite place to spend the night

Nice hotel well priced and well kept in Burlington off the highway. Room was very comfortable bed-wise and everything was clean. The best part was the complimentary breakfast which was restaurant quality food. Would stay here again and prefer it to the comfort inn next door.

We stayed one night and the real highlight for us was the breakfast. It was hot, well-stocked, and delicious! The rooms were modernly furnished and relatively clean, but the rooms smelled way too stronlgy of cleaner, which is odd because of how sticky/greasy the floors still were. We had to keep our shoes on or scoot around on a towel. Also, the bathrooms only had soap and shampoo - no conditioner or lotion. But all around, a good stay for the price, and we would stay again.

I needed to print a document. Fiest, the "M" was missing on the keyboard. When I noticed the printer needed more paper, I enquired at the front desk. The clerk casually said that it didn't work. I had to ask for him to print it via the hotel email. (He didn't offer.) The print copy came out with smudges. I mentioned that perhaps the headers should be cleaned? He said it's always like that! So...they need a new computer keyboard and 2 printers. Not a high expense. This is an easy fix.

Breakfast was nice snd parking was convenient right by our sliding door

Check in was easy and quick. Very quiet place.

My only issue is administrative. Between the time I looked on line to the time I booked approximately 1 hour the price went up $10 !
