Staff is fantastic and the room was very clean. Our stay was wonderful. We would have loved to have a recycling bin (and a bin for organics if possible).

The “family unit” needed additional care and preparation.

I wonder why the price quoted on Expedia was different than the payment made at the office. They charged me a tad more. The furniture is dated and the ceiling could use a coat of paint. For me it’s based on principle. It too quite a while to warm up the room because the thermostat was between 5 &10 and it was -6 outside.

There was no face cloths, no where the put clothes away, the tub was dirty and the toilet has pee in it. I had a medical issue happen and I bled alot and they were very angry that I used a towel to help stop the bleeding. They said I should have called them so they could have brought me an old towel. They then charged me $150 for the towel. Definitely won't be staying there again.

The room was in ill repair. Bathroom was far from clean. Mold took the place of grout in the shower. Way way downhill from what it used to be. Stayed there several times, this will be the last time.

Bra boende. Rent o fräscht. Lite sparsam frukost men helt ok.

Trevlig personal. Även om frukosten inte hade stor variation så var den bra. Rummen var rena men badrum börjar bli slitna. Klassiskt motell.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable.

The Willow band Motel provided a convenient resting spot for us on our journey. The room was clean, neat, and well supplied to meet our needs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and eager to serve.

The room had been updated at some point but was rough around the edges i.e. old & dirty light switches & grungy corners in the bathtub. The location was accessible but a bit noisy ( on a main road with processing plant behind it.

Nothing like photos online! Grubby. Bed was smaller than Queen advertised. Coffee maker needs a good cleaning! First room was bad, badly stained chair. Given another room,a bit better. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Nice place for a night away

The bed sheets had blood on them , only the top pillows were changed . The room smelled like dog . Front desk closes at 10pm so if you arrive after that you have no one to call , no one to help you . The next day the only thing you get is an apology after having to find another place to stay in the area that same night. Thank you to Hotels.com for helping find other accommodations.

If you have a pet this location is ideal. Only 2.5k to Victoria Park. The rooms are spacious. An ideal stopover.
