清潔で快適だった

Modern hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. Even though we booked a Felix king room it was smaller than the room we stayed in previously and was tight for a long stay. The building has aged since our last visit 4 years ago.

Bed and linens were very comfy. Had no issues and would stay again.

Cute and clean, tv was messed up cable not good. Restaurant food not good

It was 5 degrees in Whitehorse when I checked in and the air conditioner in the room was on high. The room was freezing. I called front desk and they said the thermostat heater works but takes quite some time to warm the room. Not helpful. Toilet too was plugged.

Kitchen was down at the time, but other than that great place to stay!

Exceptional staff who were all very focused on out total satisfaction. Whatever we expressed as a concern was immediately handled in an expert way to our complete satisfaction.

The Raven Inn is the best hotel in Whitehorse. I’ve stayed at all of them. The rooms are well maintained. There’s a good restaurant on site that serves breakfast through dinner. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Everyone who works there has a smile for you when you walk by. Always meets the standards its set on my previous trip.

Hotel was good but our room was HOT 🔥 It was the end of April, so not even summer yet. We let front desk know but they only thing they could do was give us a fan, and even with the windows open and blowing it out we never got the room below 26 degrees Celsius.

Restaurant was very good. Staff in both restaurant and hotel were very attentive and did everything they could to make it a really great experience! Would highly recommend Raven Inn!

Room was clean. Lots of space for clothing. Parking is partially covered, some spots have plugs.

Very friendly and helpful, excellent staff!

Parking was full and tight. At the hotel. Had to park across the street in a lot that was snow covered. There had been no snow removal so it was hard walking on the parking lot. There was no ice machine other than in the bar and staff was happy to get it for me. My room had no washcloths or hand towels, just two bath towels. The floor appeared clean until I walked barefoot across it after my shower. Had to wipe my feet off to put my socks on.
