Floor was dirty and smelt like smoke/weed

When I arrived front door was locked and to call a number and someone showed up to check in. The owner does not speak any English well so I was very difficult to communicate. The room itself was adequate enough but I would not recommend for a solo female traveller. When you open the inside door to the hallway the place look abandoned, half the lights were off, a mattress was laying along a wall, maybe they are fixing up the place but it didn't look like there was actual work being done. Over night I felt so uneasy about staying I moved a chair in from of each of doors just in case.

Motel was getting actively renovated during our stay, there was an unbearable smell that lingered in from the hall way, and the sheets/blankets were all dirty. We had no choice but to stay as owner charged my credit card as soon as we arrived for the full five days. So we went and bought our own sheets and blankets and cleaning supplies to wipe down the room completely and be comfortable enough to sleep there. Every time we tried talking to the own he kept saying he doesn’t understand. Did not speak English well at all and was very rude whenever we tried to complain. And there was a huge upcharge due to an event happening in the city room rates were almost double regular rate. And they advertised a continental breakfast but when we arrived the breakfast bar was torn apart for renovations and no compensation was provided.

Didn't have staff working early for people who had to check out early. Poor staff help!

Staff was nice, location is good since it's not on the Trans-Canada highway but it's close that you're not driving out of your way to get there. A/C units can be tricky for shorter people since they're above the windows. There also options for fast food nearby.

Adaquit for a construction crew but; for a couple on a vacation look elsewhere!

À part d'être propre, ce motel n'a aucun avantage. Les lits et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Il y a juste une table de chevet. Tout est super basique. Si vous avez besoin d'un minimum de confort, allez ailleurs.

I can say it was okay, we checked in and then got wrong room and someone nock our room and said it was their room. Then staff changed our room. After long journey, we just wanted to sleep. Rooms were average though.

Used to be a great place, no longer breakfast and not as clean

I was greeted by a cat on a leash in a barely lit lobby. The room was clean but had clearly been recently renovated by tradesmen that took no pride in their work. I would not visit this location again.

i was overcharged on my credit card despite a discount showing on my invoice. no coffee maker and beds weren't clean.

They had a cat named Happy, who was very friendly, a louder purrer. It definitely made it worth the stop! Although there didn't seem to be any facilities that were easily accessible other than the rooms and the lobby, which was locked half of the stay. Our tub also did not have an option to stop the water from draining. But otherwise it was great.
