We stayed a week+1 to escape from heat. Our rooom was accessiblue directly from the parking lot. Airconditioning was quiet and effective. Kitchen useful. Only down side was room cleaning at cost, so we cleaned the room with the provided broom. Could have been 5-star if house cleaning was provided at least once a few days. Would like to stay again if we visit the area again--in autumn.

I liked the convenience of the property to Mount Orford. Also liked the kitchenette & fridge facilities. Room well laid out. Bathroom very modern. I did not like the beds not having proper mattresses. Also the couch was small and lacked a side table.

Overall good . Some repairs needed in bathroom . The office was closed . We had to buy remotes for the tv we were told we would be reimbursed but that didn’t happen . However , the condo we rented overall was not bad .

L’emplacement est superbe, près du centre ville de Magog et il y a de beaux sentiers pour la marche. Notre chambre était très propre.

The carpets were very dirty. The patio door to the pool could not be locked and there was no reception, so it felt unsafe. I only got a text with the code for the door on the morning of my stay without other explanations. Very unsettling.

Le divant lit était tellement sale et tâché qu'on ne voulait pas dormir dedans. Et ce fut la même chose pour les chaises de la table à café. Aucune réception a l'hôtel. J'ai recu mon code pour la porte à 20h et mon arrivée était prévue pour 16h

Over all, it was clean even the pool area . Very quiet place.

Les photos de leur site vs les chambres deux monde l’armoire à balai était plus spacieuse que notre chambre pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre dans la chambre le voisin qu’à côté ronflait si fort qu’il nous a empêcher de dormir les murs sont donc non isolé nous devions resté deux jours nous sommes partis après 12 h je vais faire une plainte et une demande de remboursement

Very nice studio. However, the hide a bed was average comfortable. Could feel the springs. Also, bring your coffee filters for the coffee machine

Bien situé. Manque d'entretion surtout a l'extérieur. Pas sécuritaire pour des enfants. Besoin de couper des branches de chaque côté des entrées. Chambre bien comme espace mais certain meuble comme chaises très sale.

Le condo était sale à certains endroits, manquait d’éclairage au salon et dans la chambre, un opérateur travaillait à l’extérieur samedi générant un bruit soutenu et dérangeant. Les filtres à café étaient manquants. Et l’odeur du complexe était particulière…

Very good but they could have an elevator.

There is black mold on the bathroom, the furniture is visibly stained and dirty, the floors are dirty, there is no bottom sheet on the bed, the hallways in the hotel are dirty, and there were no staff at the front desk to address concerns. The entire building smells musty. The only positive is that the exterior looks nice.

La chambre est spacieuse, on est situé près de tout. C’est le genre d’endroit parfait pour profiter des alentours et avoir un pied à terre. Par contre, l’endroit manque un peu d’amour: cheveux dans la douche, plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas ou d’autres font surchauffer les branchements, manque d’ustensiles pour le nombre de personnes, plusieurs travaux dans l’édifice, insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. Somme toutes, nous avons eu un bon séjour!
