良かった点 １、Hotels.comでの取り扱いがあるので、４トラベルサイト経由だと、ポイントとウェルカムリワーズの２重取りができうれしい。 ２、室内で無料WIFIが使用可能。（通信速度はややストレスがある。18Mbps～34Mbpsほど） ※フェイスブックで動画のアップデートは無理だった。 ３、部屋が大変広く、綺麗で、比較的安い。 ４、カムループスの街の景色が綺麗。 ５、駐車場が広い。 ６、液晶ＴＶが東芝製。 ７、トイレ、バスルームも広い。 残念だった点 １、無線ＬＡＮのスピードが早い。 ２、スタッフにもう少しゆっくりしゃべってほしい。 ３、お湯がでるのに少々時間がかかる。 ４、外の音はかなり聞こえる。 一般的な点 １、装備品は、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカ、アイロン台、ヘアードライヤーがある。 ２、石鹸はある。 ３、歯磨き粉は無い。 ４、隣にバーガーキング、ガソリンスタンドがあり、500mぐらい西に行くとマックやレストランがある。

The hot tub had no water in it. The pool area looked dirty. There were no coffee mugs in our room to make coffee. There was no Kleenex in our room. The bottom of the tub needed a good scrubbing. The lady at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and sweet.

Underrated inn. Wished there was better carpet and overall property was well maintained. Otherwise it was decently clean and safe. Staff was helpful.

$200 damage deposit was required. There wasn’t anything worth $200 in the room to damaged. Beds were well used, shower was great. Water advisory was on, feel that management could have provided bottled water for tooth brushing, coffee machine, etc.

Everything went well it was a good stay

An okay motel for a short stay. I choose it among others because description said it has a hottub, however on my arrival I was told it's closed for a season - quite disappointing.

Hot water takes 5 minutes to get - ran out of hot water while in the shower. Black Hairs found everywhere in the bathroom. Beds are old and should be replaced as they worn out. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis - poor temperature controls on the heat. My laptop has a bigger screen than the TV in the room.

easy secure parking, okay clean rooms, the included spa was a highlight

Don't count on the pool or hot tub.... We had to stay unexpectedly in Kamloops overnight. The silver lining was the pool for thr kids and the hot tub for me. After dinner I got the kids ready and we went down to swim. The door was open so we went in and turned on the light. The hot tub was empty! Despite my disappointment I went to the front desk and requested pool towels. She gave me regular room towels so i took those. The kids went to get in and quickly realized it was ice cold. My kids swim in cool water often but this was completely unheated.

Clean room, good parking.

The staff is always friendly, its nice and quiet. The room was clean... Although there were a few items behind a chair and under a bed that were not ours.

Certainly not fancy, but a good value for a clean room, with a comfortable bed, in a safe location.

A quick stay over. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds and the best pillows. Room was clean and spacious :) Would stay here again

Close to restaurants, clean and quiet

Experience was fine, I was just staying overnight driving through to Nanaimo.
