There was no Starbucks open on Saturday or any breakfast service of any kind available Also no bottled water in the room The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant on Friday night offered live music and the food was very good but the servers were inexperienced and did not have an adequate command of the English language I asked for the chocolate cake to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce to go , but later in the evening when I went to eat it the container only had whipped cream and chocolate sauce no cake :( Also strange on the bathroom wall had a list of towels in the room and shampoos and body washes and prices for any that go missing would be charged as well as any that were stained would also be charged to your bill Wearing makeup and not being provided with a black facecloth I was concerned about being billed for that But good access and plenty of free parking and beautiful decor and a comfortable bed for 600 for 2 nights is reasonable but they need to be more accommodating for breakfast Even lobby coffee was only served black no sugar or cream Same with in room coffee only coffee no cream or sugar

Great clean room, staff was helpful and friendly. Only downside was no breakfast in the hotel. Restaurant is closed for renovations.

Hot tub is literally a bathtub with a couple lights in it no jets not big enough for 2 people

Kids hockey tournament which I understand is out of the hotels control, but we were woken up to kids pounding on the door and screaming in the hallway. The rooms are advertised as being soundproof and that’s not the case at all. “Free breakfast” but never specified the fact it’s just muffins, cereal and toast. Was pretty disappointed to wake up and not be able to eat a balanced breakfast after the cost I paid. Wouldn’t book again unless there was a promotional deal. Not worth the money.

J'ai réservé une chambre executive avec vue sur la baie, mais on m'a donné une vue sur la ville. Le truc est que je suis arrivée en pleine nuit et je n'arrivais pas à me situer, donc c'est au matin que j'ai aperçu le Dollorama du côté opposé de l'océan. Mon premier voyage au Nouveau-Brunswick a été gâché par ceci. Sinon, très propre sauf pour la pomme de douche, manque de papier hygiénique (1 seul rouleau et un à plus du 3/4 entamé), réceptionniste de nuit ne parle qu'Anglais. Je recommande tout de même.

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Service was 10/10 and hotel was so beautiful and clean. Room was gorgeous with balcony and the restaurant excellent ambiance and food. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub ! A nice treat! Would highly recommend Hotel Shediac !

I really like the hotel overall and the vibe. It was very comfortable, and the restaurant is a definite bright spot. I think it's an independent hotel and you don't get certain advantages like a typical chain hotel free breakfast. You can buy breakfast, but I think you'd be waiting quite a while if there was a crowd. The conference facility was great. Overall I like this hotel and I will be back.

just perfect in every way...

The room was well maintained and clean. I loved having a balcony. The staff were friendly and were eager to help if I had any questions. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been a bigger breakfast selection.
