個人部屋は広くてとても清潔で良かったです。シャワーも熱くて洗面台もトイレも全て綺麗に清掃が行き届いていました。男性スタッフはとても親切でした。 唯一、朝食の終了時間を聞かされていなくて、9:20にダイニングに行って、システムがよく分からなかったので受付の女性のスタッフに聞いたら「もう朝食は9:30で終了です」と言って、スタッフが目の前に食べ物を持っているのに一切朝食をもらえませんでした、それはとても不親切だと思います。 その事以外はとても良かったです。

朝食無料で宿泊費も安くて、 定員さんも他のお客さんもとても優しく接してくれました。

The bunk needs curtains, especially in a mixed room.

Clean rooms and a very well-maintained hostel overall. The common areas are great, and the breakfast is simple but does the job. I’d definitely stay here again. Most of the guests I met were in their 20s, often on work-cations, which made for a nice atmosphere. The location is excellent—right downtown, close to transit, and within walking distance of the convention center. One downside: the women’s shower heads could use some maintenance.

The bunk beds don't have personalized sockets to charge any device, or lights (well, yes, a dim light that doesn't work). Room for improvement in that aspect. The hostel is pretty good overall, a bit expensive for what it is, in my opinion. Location not bad, walking distance to bars, pubs retaurants and the Flix stop for buses to Banff and Lake Louise. The hostel is 20-30 minute drive to the airport. The only thing to consider is that the area has a high population of drug abuse users on the streets, not that it feels unsafe; they mind their own business, but something is there, and you are going to experience. Other than that pretty decent place!

The staff was helpful and friendly.

Convient location, clean and tidy, well organised share kitchen. It would be the best if the bunk beds are less noisy with better individual lighting.

Zentrale Lage aber sie Tatsache, dass alle zum gelegentlichen Reinigen komplett aus dem Zimmer auschecken mussten war sehr unpraktisch

Where do I even begin with this place?! Absolutely amazing, staff were amazing, it's very downtown, rooms are immaculate, facilities are amazing (pool room, state of the art kitchen, showers etc). The fact the have men's sport soap in the showers that smells amazing is class. Rooms are so cosy and warm, it's so cheap. The best thing, they're non for profit and they're so so environmentally friendly. Would recommend and I will definitely visit again!!

Superb staff, clean rooms, clean shared kitchen, comfortable beds I would stay here again anytime. I stayed in a private room. Overall, excellent!

The room was really clean. My roommates were nice. The only thing is there was a sign in the washroom saying to complete your shower in 3 minutes. Who is showering in 3 minutes? Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend if you’re a more extrovert type of person.
