ホステルに行くのに浮浪者や路上生活者が多く見かける。夜10時頃のチェックインだったので、やばいなーと思った。

個人部屋は広くてとても清潔で良かったです。シャワーも熱くて洗面台もトイレも全て綺麗に清掃が行き届いていました。男性スタッフはとても親切でした。 唯一、朝食の終了時間を聞かされていなくて、9:20にダイニングに行って、システムがよく分からなかったので受付の女性のスタッフに聞いたら「もう朝食は9:30で終了です」と言って、スタッフが目の前に食べ物を持っているのに一切朝食をもらえませんでした、それはとても不親切だと思います。 その事以外はとても良かったです。

朝食無料で宿泊費も安くて、 定員さんも他のお客さんもとても優しく接してくれました。

It was clean and single room is spacious but the room was in the basement. Too much noise late at night.

Stayed in a private room. Very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again given the price is lower than a regular hotel.

I liked the hostel apart from the situation with the shower all they have is a shower curtain as a form of privacy and anyone can walk in on you I felt very uncomfortable using it. Sometimes the door to enter where the rooms are (should be kept permanently closed) where you need a key was left open so anyone off the street could walk in. And the location of the hostel was sketchy I will not be staying here again

The breakfast should start early around 6:30 am 3 bunk beds in the same room is too much people sharing different routines.

Clean rooms and a very well-maintained hostel overall. The common areas are great, and the breakfast is simple but does the job. I’d definitely stay here again. Most of the guests I met were in their 20s, often on work-cations, which made for a nice atmosphere. The location is excellent—right downtown, close to transit, and within walking distance of the convention center. One downside: the women’s shower heads could use some maintenance.

The bunk beds don't have personalized sockets to charge any device, or lights (well, yes, a dim light that doesn't work). Room for improvement in that aspect. The hostel is pretty good overall, a bit expensive for what it is, in my opinion. Location not bad, walking distance to bars, pubs retaurants and the Flix stop for buses to Banff and Lake Louise. The hostel is 20-30 minute drive to the airport. The only thing to consider is that the area has a high population of drug abuse users on the streets, not that it feels unsafe; they mind their own business, but something is there, and you are going to experience. Other than that pretty decent place!

Convient location, clean and tidy, well organised share kitchen. It would be the best if the bunk beds are less noisy with better individual lighting.

Zentrale Lage aber sie Tatsache, dass alle zum gelegentlichen Reinigen komplett aus dem Zimmer auschecken mussten war sehr unpraktisch
