場所はカペル橋や駅から近く便利だが、家族で利用するには狭く、またサービスがよかったと感じる機会はなかった。

広い部屋でした。清潔感もあります。近くに湖がありますが、小さい虫が多く飛んでいました。あとは、利便性もよく、快適です。もう少し値段が安いと良いのですが。。。

Great city location

Our stay was great. The room was close to everything and had AC.

Mycket vacker stad. Perfekt, lugnt läge på boendet. Vi bodde i familjerum med gott om plats för 5 personer.

The hotel and staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Hotels.com made two reservations for us when I only needed one. When i called Hotels.com they did not help and I was charged twice. I worked with the staff at the front desk and they were able to sell the extra room and refunded me. Hotel pool was very nice.

Brief stay but pleasant.

We had a double with a wonderful terrace. The pool looked great, although we didn’t swim. The hotel’s location is perfect, in the middle of Lucerne’s old town. Rooms were very quiet.

Decent room. Great location. Walkable distance to the old town and train station, even with luggage.

Muy bien ubicado, es austero pero muy bien para el precio. Las cortinas del cuarto no cerraban por completo. El baño limpio pero tenia olor fuerte a orina

Nos encanto la atención que recibimos, nos asesoraron en todo momento y la ubicación es excelente.

Front desk staff was friendly and amazing. 10 minute walk from the train station. Nice area.

Excelente la estancia y la atención! Todo queda muy cercas y te dan la tarjeta de autobús gratuito.

No air conditioning. No warm water for shower (unadjustable). Too expensive.
